Set in a large gravelled courtyard by the side of the St Davids to Fishguard Road and across from Temple Barn (Ref 1135) and Temple House (Ref 1252) in the hamlet of Square & Compass. Wiithin a 5 minute walk is a pub serving bar food, a well-stocked mini-mart/garage and a short drive takes you to the Coastal Path and local beaches.

Sitting Room 3 seater leather sofa and armchair to sink into, large inglenook with woodburning stove, Sky tv/dvd, cd/radio.

Dining/Kitchen sloping glass ceiling in dining area, circular dining table and chairs seating 4, luxury fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, washer/dryer and sea views! (2 highchairs available on request).
