The cottage has a king-size double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a ground floor single bedroom with a day bed, a ground floor bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburner and a summer room with a sofa bed. Outside, is off road parking for three cars, bike storage and an enclosed, lawned garden with decking, hot tub, furniture, fire pit and a barbecue. Cwm Llan is a lovely base for discovering Wales.

Cafe 2 miles. Note: Accessed up a one mile, steep gated farm track.
