Cwm Llan is a pretty, detached, stone-built property, set in a quiet countryside location, in the heart of the beautiful Conwy countryside, near Cerrigydrudion, in North Wales and can sleep eight people. The cottage has a queen-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a room with a single day bed and an additiobnal pull-out bed, one ground floor single bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburner and a summer room with a sofabed. Outside is off road parking for three cars, bike storage and an enclosed, lawned garden with decking, hot tub, furniture, fire pit and a barbecue. Cwm Llan is a lovely base for discovering Wales.
