Stunning, Pembrokeshire, detached 4 bedroom farmhouse. Enclosed in 32 acres of rural Welsh countryside. Sleeping up to 10 guests, with 3 newly fitted bathrooms and off-road parking for up to 6 cars.

Arrival/changeover day: Friday. Minimum stay 7 nights. Check in is from 4pm onwards and check out is at 10am.

This gorgeous west Wales holiday home has heaps of character with many original features. Exposed brick walls, high vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams. Feature stone fireplace, oak ledge & brace doors, oak floors and reclaimed & restored cast iron radiators - all combined with contemporary comfort and high end fittings.

This property has both a living room and a lounge. The lounge has a workable wood burning stove and a double sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests. The kitchen is finished to a high standard and fully equipped to cook up a feast! The spacious and bright dining room has a large, oak dining table to seat up to 12 guests. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated in keeping with the character of the property, with signature country 'Cath Kidston' style fabrics and accessories, and plush carpeting throughout. There are two 6-seater picnic tables on the terrace, perfect for lunch in the sunshine!

A fantastic choice for large group holidays or family visits to Pembrokeshire and an ideal base for exploring the many attractions in the area. Oakwood Theme Park, Tenby and St David's Cathedral are all within reach. The area is steeped in history with many beautifully preserved castles. Glorious sandy beaches are just 8 miles away, along with all the attractions of the Pembrokeshire National Park with its stunning coastal walks and views. There is a whole range of activities for all the family & for all ages. Two, nine hole Golf courses, and Moor Farm Equestrian & fishing centre, are 5 minutes away. Zorbing, surfing, boat hire, paddleboarding, almost anything is possible! In an ideal location for enjoying either a quiet, relaxing break or making the most of the walking, horse riding or cycling opportunities offered by the rural surroundings.

Please note: For groups of over 8, there is a complimentary double sofa bed in the lounge. Please tick the box on the booking page. If you require the ground floor bedroom to be set up as a double, please specify at the time of booking in the special requests section.

Living Room

Main living room with 2 comfy red sofas, accessorised with checked cushions and throws. Feature inglenook fireplace (display only) and wood beamed ceilings. There is a flatscreen TV with freeview multi channels, DVD player & i-pod dock, for your entertainment. Great space to kick back and relax with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, away from the preparations in the kitchen!

There is a connecting door to the lounge, which in turn leads to the kitchen.

Lounge

Comfortable lounge with a 3-seater sofa, and two 2-seater sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed to sleep 2 guests. A pine wardrobe and chest of drawers offer plenty of space for your personal belongings. There is a flatscreen TV, DVD player and CD player, plus a workable wood burning stove. Connecting door to the main living room and door to the kitchen.

Dining

The very spacious & bright dining room is a great space to enjoy a home cooked feast with friends and family. With large, oak dining table to seat up to 12 guests.

Access to the kitchen and living room, and also to the shower room with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen

This beautifully finished and fully equipped kitchen is located just off the dining room and leads through to the lounge. With new slate floor, striking black worktops, white 'shaker' style kitchen units & superb new range cooker, with 2 ovens, grill and 6 burner hob. The large larder fridge and large larder freezer, provide plenty of storage for your provisions during your stay.

Bright and airy double bedroom, with large oak 'Captain' bed. A large oak wardrobe and chest of drawers offer plenty of space for your belongings. Pretty 'Cath kidston' style curtains and pictures.

Lovely twin bedroom on the first floor, with two 3ft single beds. Vaulted ceiling, exposed wood beams and deep set window with slate windowsill. Wardrobe and chest of drawers for your personal belongings.

Bedroom Four

Delightful twin bedroom, located on the ground floor. With chest of drawers and wardrobe for your belongings.

The 'zip and link' bed can be set up as a double upon request. Please specify at the time of booking.
