Hastings / West hill areaThe house is a short walk from "West Hill", which has a cliff lift that takes you down into the old town "George Street", which has plenty of restaurants, pubs and quirky shops, the beach is just across the road, in the town you have a modern shopping centre. Other attractions are Smugglers Cove, Blue Reef Sealife Centre, boating lake, pitch and put, trampolines, funfair and amusements. Further along toward St Leonards there is the pier and the new White Rock Theatre, which hosts many up to date shows, and tribute bands.There is also a large indoor play area for the children. How to get thereBy car M25 just past jnct 5 take A21 signposted Hastings. Stay on the A21 all the way into Hastings, once there go straight over two mini roundabouts, at the third turn left into St Helens road, keep going past Alexandra park, at next roundabout turn left into Elphinstone road, keep going up the hill bear ing right at sharp bend ,that leads to the house.Just before the brow of the hill you are there. The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights If you would like any other variation on the above if we can we will accommodate. There will be a 20 pound surcharge for heating and electric. There will be no breakage deposit, if the odd piece of china gets broken its an accident no need for charging, but please let us know so we can replace anything that has been broken. Only rented out for full week (5or7 days) in school holidays.
