Hastings, Sussex

Hastings is a traditional seaside resort famed for it's fresh fish and is home to the country's largest beach based fishing fleet. Take time out to visit the fishing huts and the fishermens' museum.

Hastings has all the traditional attractions of a seaside resort; amusements, fun fair, miniature railway,crazy golf etc but offers a lot more besides.You can visit Underwater World or Smugglers Advenure or take the West Hill Cliff Railway to visit the castle ruins. Alexendra Park with its beautiful lake is a great place for a picnic if you don't fancy the beach.

The Old Town and George Street offer an eclectic mix of bars, restaurants, cafes and inns which sit alongside art galleries and a variety of unique shops. The Town also boasts two theatres: The White Rock and The Stables.

Further afield you can find golf clubs at Battle and Sedlescombe and water sports at Bewl Water or Rye.

"Great location, spacious, well furnished, much traffic noise"

"Great apartment and loaction for a Family or Group Holiday"

I am a person that reads reviews to help make decisions on places to stay etc, therefore My review this apartment can be trusted.
Neil was very helpful and accomodating.
The apartment was great, the location great, Hastings is great, would quite easily make the long Journey back down for another holiday sometime.
If your hesitant about this apartment, dont be, it's worth it.!

"A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location"

I've just returned from my third stay in this lovely flat. The accommodation cannot be faulted - the flat is clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. We were given a very warm welcome - there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! The flat is in a great location, overlooking the sea and right in the centre of Hasting's Old Town. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living room is huge, and the large sunken bath in the main bathroom is divine. Very, very highly recommended.

"Fantastic apartment! Clean , modern ,spacious, just lovely!"

We had a New Year break here with another family , it was perfect!
The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped! The welcome pack was a lovely gesture, we even had crackers!
Initially we weren't sure about Hastings but it was lovely , especially the old town with some lovely restaurants and coffee bars. The Indian takeaway behind the apartment was pretty good too!
We even had fireworks across the beach on New Years Eve!
It would be a lovely apartment to try in the summer too!

"A perfect holiday shared with family and friends ..."

Excellent service on arrival, Neil was waiting to show us in to the property. Good clear directions on how the amenities worked. The property is in the centre of Old Town Hastings; it was clean, very modern and easily accommodated six adults and five children. Neil with ease talked us through the facilities in Hastings and the coming events over our stay. We were able to find everything we needed for a wonderful break, Hastings Carnival, firework display and pirate day was good fun family days. The weather was good and we enjoyed the clean beach, sampling the fresh fish and the funicular railway.

"Excellent - Clean, Friendly & Great Location"

Lovely flat close to the bright lights of Hastings.

The flat is extremely well decorated/furnished and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is certainly big enough to comfortably fit four adults and three children.

It is in a brilliant location close of the heart of Hastings. Neil (and his mum) was extremely friendly and provided great communication. We arrived at the flat two/three hours later than we originally intended and this was no problem.

All in all a great stay, at a lovely flat, in Hastings.
