Available all-year-round, the accommodation located on the first floor comprises of:

Comfortably furnished living room/bedroom with sofa bed

Newly refurbished modern kitchen

Dining and study room

The block benefits from a 24 hour concierge service and constant hot water, and the ground floor shops include a variety of restaurants, cafes, and art galleries and is just a short walk from St Leonards town centre and St Leonards Warrior Square mainline railway station. The Victorian seaside town of St Leonards on Sea was conceived and built as an exclusive seaside resort by famous father and son architects Decimus Burton - a protegé of John Nash, and particularly associated with projects in the classical style in London parks, including buildings at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and London Zoo, and the spa town Tunbridge Wells - and James Burton, a builder and developer, responsible for large areas of Bloomsbury and the houses around Regent's Park in London.

Later additions include the fine Warrior Square and gardens, the iconic Modernist block Marine Court - the largest residential block in England at the time it was built - and the unique work of long-term Borough architect Sidney Little (known as The Concrete King) who built the unique two-level promenade and many associated seafront buildings.

Over recent years the area has become a centre for artists and creatives of all kinds who have relocated to St Leonards from all over the UK and have helped established a range of vibrant independent galleries, restuarants, cafes and an all-year-round programme of cultural events.
