All of our holiday homes are designed and built to the highest specification by the UK's leading manufacturers and are available to you in an array of styles, sizes and layouts. State of the art features, the highest quality fixtures and fittings and sumptuous furnishings are standard in all of our holiday homes.

Our two bedroom VIP lodge is a fully equipped timber clad single story holiday home with one double and one twin room. Bathroom/shower, Hot tub, bathrobes, towels and a bottle of bubbly on arrival. Includes decking and garden furniture

The VIP Lodges have the following:

•Microwave, Coffee machine, Cooker& hob, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Pots & pans and Utensils.

•TV with Freeview, Gas/Electric fire

The East Sussex region

The charming and characterful Hastings town is located in East Sussex near the south coast of England. Hastings town is a unique mixture of old and new with the Old Town containing a quaint combination of narrow streets, timbered housing and crooked passageways whereas the town centre houses a lively cosmopolitan shopping centre.

Hastings has a rich historical and cultural heritage and is strongly connected with William the Conqueror and the Normandy invasion


Smugglers Adventure

Smugglers Adventure aims to recreate the past with its tour through dark shafts and ghostly caves. In a fully interactive experience you'll get lead through a catacomb of passageways by Hairy Jack the notorious smuggler. Watch out for the 70 life sized character you'll meet along the way! For those wanting to learn about this fascinating facet of Hastings History this tourist attraction is the best and more entertaining way to do it.

Hastings Castle

Learn the story behind the UK's first Normandy settlement as you discover how the Battle of Hastings unfolded. During this educational yet entertaining venture you will be able to survey the desolate dungeons and the last remains of the chapel.

Blue Reef Aquarium

Visit the Blue Reef Aquarium and get close up to a huge range of beautiful sea creatures. Species such as the Giant Pacific Octopus and the Angel Shark can be found in this entertaining tourist attraction. Admission is £8.75 for a standard ticket and the aquarium is open every day apart from Christmas day from 10am onwards.

Flamingo Park

The kids will love this local amusement park with a variety of rides and activities for all the family. Why not see the animals on the safari train or take a ride on Cinderellas carousel? Younger children in particular will enjoy this day out.

Hastings White Rock Theatre

Hastings white rock theatre has a whole calendar of productions it hosts throughout the year. From old classics to contemporary material you'll be sure to find something that suits your taste. If you are in a group of 8 or above and a theatre enthusiast you will be able to take a backstage tour free of charge and gain further insight into the history of the building.

East Hill Country Park

This picturesque park covers miles of rugged countryside including grasslands and sharp cliffs. The country park may be reached by catching a train on the steepest railway in Britain. Bottlenose dolphins or harbour porpoise can occasionally be seen from this vantage point in the cliffs. This haven of natural beauty is definitely worth a visit.

"Amazing is the only word to describe this place."

The lodge was perfect,I cannot stay anywhere without a hot tub again now!the lodge was very clean.the staff were extremely helpful and service spot on.look forward to coming back again.very family fri… More
