This is a lovely, comfortable, well equiped flat. The views of the sea out of the big bay window are amazing. The flat is in a very good location being between St Leonard's and Hastings. We travelled by train and the station was five minutes walk from the flat. We had a lovely day out in Eastbourne which is a cheap bus journey away from Hastings. We would recommend this flat to others. |

We booked the apartment with little notice which was no problem for the owner to arrange for us. The sea view from the apartment is uninterrupted and you can hear the sound of the sea with the windows open. The apartment is clean, airy and has everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen is small but well equipped, and we don't really use the kitchen much on holiday anyway. After sight seeing during the day, we used the local Indian restaurant (Bay Spice) and the local fish and chip shop (beside Bay Spice), we recommend them both and they are only about 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Free parking is about 10 minutes walk away which wasn't a problem for us. When you arrive at the apartment, please don't be put off by the ground floor entrance hall which is a bit jaded and could do with sprucing up, as the apartment more than makes up for it. We have recommended it to my in-laws who have already booked up for later in the year, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommended it to others. |
