"a nice time at Sea"

This is a perfect location a little bit outside the centre of Hastings but near to everything you need. I have found a parking for GBP 2.20 p/night in front of the theatre only 5 minutes walking dista… More

"Perfect location"

We were delighted with the size, space and views and this was a perfect setting to entertain our family. We shall certainly be back. Tiny improvements needed: saucepan and wok have really had it and keysafe was difficult to use - it may need replacing. We got there in the end. Overall though wonderful place to stay and the 62 stairs were less tiring than expected. Excellent value for money.

"Amazing views"

This is a lovely, comfortable, well equiped flat. The views of the sea out of the big bay window are amazing. The flat is in a very good location being between St Leonard's and Hastings. We travelled by train and the station was five minutes walk from the flat. We had a lovely day out in Eastbourne which is a cheap bus journey away from Hastings. We would recommend this flat to others.

"Great view & lovely apartment"

We booked the apartment with little notice which was no problem for the owner to arrange for us. The sea view from the apartment is uninterrupted and you can hear the sound of the sea with the windows open. The apartment is clean, airy and has everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen is small but well equipped, and we don't really use the kitchen much on holiday anyway. After sight seeing during the day, we used the local Indian restaurant (Bay Spice) and the local fish and chip shop (beside Bay Spice), we recommend them both and they are only about 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Free parking is about 10 minutes walk away which wasn't a problem for us. When you arrive at the apartment, please don't be put off by the ground floor entrance hall which is a bit jaded and could do with sprucing up, as the apartment more than makes up for it. We have recommended it to my in-laws who have already booked up for later in the year, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommended it to others.

"What an AMAZING time!"

I traveled to Hastings with my husband, our one year old and my mother. Booking was really easy, the owner was very helpful, Sue even sent a map of the free parking areas. I assumed that due to the price, that the condo might not be in very good shape. From the outside, the condo was beautiful, and the inside was clean, adorable and comfortable. The condo was perfect for our daughter, who still needs two naps a day. Having a separate room for her to nap in, made our trip that much more enjoyable. My mother thought that the couch that converted to a bed was comfortable, as well. Overlooking the ocean is always a plus and the view was uninterrupted. We weren't aware that there would be quite so many steps heading up to the condo, but a little exercise was good for all of us. My only suggestion would be a few more waste bins, as the only one was in the kitchen and was inconvenient at some times. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone.
