There is a shared swimming pool with spacious sun terrace as well as direct access to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Underground secure parking is also available. Rockley Golf Course is a short distance away where green fees are reasonable.

The Christ Church Parish region
Christchurch Parish runs along the south coast of Barbados and boasts a great choice of beaches, entertainment, restaurants, bars and shops. The new south coast boardwalk runs in front of the apartment building and is ideal for a leisurely stroll along the seafront.
The capital city, Bridgetown is about 10 minutes drive away from South Ocean Villas and the entertainment centre of St Laurence Gap about 10 minutes drive or a leisurely 30 minute walk away.
The Lanterns Shopping Centre is a short 5 minute walk from South Ocean Villas along the coastal boardwalk, where you will find a convenience store, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. Closeby are a variety of beachfront bars and restaurants. The nearest large supermarket is the TriMart Supermarket loacated at Rendezvous in nearby Worthing.
Visit the historic Garrison a short walk away or the many beaches that liealong the south coast and play host to a number of luxury hotels including the Barbados Hilton at Needhams Point. The famous Kensington Oval Cricket ground and the Rockley Golf Course are all nearby.

I have been coming to Barbados for over 13 years, this is definitely one of the nicest places I have stayed, the apartment is very will equipped, nicely furnished and the patio doors opening to the sea are heaven, great location for getting around, will definitely be returning.

"I can't wait to go back!"
We had a wonderful time! The pictures show exactly what you will find when you arrive. The rental experience was top notch from booking to checking in and out. The boardwalk in front of the condo was great and made not having a vehicle there an option. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and as other reviewers have said there is a bus stop right in front of the building. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the noise from the bus stop/taxis. In the front bedroom you can easily hear the honking which started very early. That just got us going that much earlier to the beach though. There are two great beaches at either end of the boardwalk that were great for our 5 year old. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer and dryer were wonderful to have. Thanks for an amazing vacation. I will think of sitting in the living room listening to the ocean and watching the turtles often until we can come back.

"Fabulous apartment with breath taking views of the sunset"
Absolutely fabulous apartment! Open the main windows and you feel like you are at one with the sea, with breathtaking uninterrupted views at sunset. Ocean Villas is perfectly placed at the end of the Boardwalk with lots of beaches and restaurants within walking distance. It's spacious and equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful stress free stay on the South Coast of Barbados. If you need anything or have a problem, a simple phone call to the housekeeper is all that's needed for prompt attention.
You don't need a car unless you want to explore the island a little more, however if you do hire one, please choose a smaller model as the parking space is a little tight to get in and out of when the car park is full!
We would definitely return and stay here again. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

This is a great place to stay. The views are fantastic and the apartment itself is great. Looking forward to a return visit. The location is very good on the boardwalk. There is one beach just by the apartment which is good and 5 minutes walk along the boardwalk gets you to Rockley / Accra beach which to me is the best all round beach on the island. The owner was very helpful as well.
