Fully refundable security deposit £500 (£1000 for events, weddings) payable in advance of arrival. Non-refundable £500 reservation/booking fee per week (or part thereof) with balance due twelve weeks prior to arrival.
£75 linen/laundry charge and £75 cleaning charge payable for each booking.

From London head south-west on the A3. Continue past Guildford taking the exit off the A3 immediately after the Hindhead tunnel. Follow the signposts to Grayshott and continue through the village towards Headley on the B3002 Headley Road. After a further 2.5 miles take the first exit at the roundabout into Beech Hill and after exactly half a mile, as the road bends sharply right, turn left into Gentles Lane. After a further half mile the entrance to Harambee can be found on the right hand side down a bridle track with signposting on a tree. Harambee House and Harambee Mews are situated behind electric gates on the right hand side after just 200 yards. Push the grey button to open the gates, they close automatically.
