Located 3 miles from the busy village of Hartland and within easy walking distance of Hartland Point and Quay along the unspoilt coastal footpaths. Guests can explore this busy working beef sheep & arable farm and enjoy the wonderful walks particularly in the cliff meadows only 2 minutes from the house. The entire peninsular is SSSI graded (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and great for bird watching fauna flora and wildlife enthusiasts. If you can tear yourself away from the beautiful location the wide sandy beaches and amenities around Bude or Bideford are within a 20 minute drive and are perfect for those that enjoy sunbathing or surfing. There is also Clovelly which is well worth a visit with its steep cobbled streets leading down to a pretty harbour and nearby Instow & Appledore hosting a variety of eateries galleries fishing trips delis & bars. Visit a wealth of coastal towns gardens golf courses cycle paths and restaurants.
