Drakes is a 1930's semi detached home with fresh, clean interiors and quality furnishings situated on the edge of a quiet suburb of Sidford only 100 meters from the picturesque Byes walk/cycle path which leads to Sidmouth beach approximately 1.5 miles away.

The property benefits from a well-equipped, south facing, oak kitchen with oak counter-tops and floor including all white goods such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.

The gas range with 3 ovens is perfect for those who wish to use their culinary skills, and the large dining area seating up to 8 people is perfect for family and friends to enjoy meals together! Should you wish to dine out however, Sidmouth has a range of restaurants and bistros which serve delicious food to suit everyone's taste.

The kitchen opens up to the private, enclosed back garden with patio, garden furniture and Weber grill- perfect for enjoying those long summer evenings.

The comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax with a TV and DVD player as well as the woodburner which is perfect for those winter months and cooler evenings.

Upstairs the accommodation is comprised of two attractive double bedrooms and one single bedroom, modern bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

The property has off-road parking with enough space for 3-4 cars.

Pets welcome at an extra cost of £20 per week.

Sidmouth is host to a cinema, museum, theatre, plenty of quaint shops, restaurants and pubs and is located at the gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site which stretches for miles along the south coast as well as East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.providing ample opportunity for exploration and stunning scenery. Connaught Gardens and the famous Jacobs Ladder are well worth a visit with glorious beaches in the immediate vicinity.

Check out some local attractions such as Beer Stone Cave, the Donkey Sanctuary or further afield the wonderful walled, cathedral city of Exeter with shops and museums to explore. There are villages and towns aplenty with history in abundance such as Ottery St Mary and of course, Dartmoor National Park which is around a 45 minute drive.
