The Harlech / Llanbedr area
Boasting its own mild climate because of its unusual position between The Rhinogs and the golden beaches of the North Wales coastline, and offering an abundance of wildlife and birds, the charming village of Llanbedr also offers a good choice of local shops and a superb pub. The nearby town of Harlech is popular with golfers because it’s home to the famous Royal St. David's course, Dominated by the magnificent 13th century castle, Harlech also offers a variety of amenities including good quality restaurants. Barmouth is eight miles away and here you will find an incredible Panorama Walk with spectacular views, and a harbour from which you can hop on a ferry to Fairbourne and discover its miniature railway or take mackerel fishing trips out to sea. The stunning Snowdonia National Park and gorgeous Cardigan Bay are also waiting to be discovered in this exceptional holiday destination.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
