Concessionary golf rates available to guests.Furnished to the highest standards throughout there are 2 balconies, one on the 1st floor and 3 on the ground floor. A refundable deposit of £250 is required per booking please.

4 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 7. Double en-suite (bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin). 2 twin bedrooms en-suite (shower cubicles, toilet and washbasin. All on ground floor. Single bedroom (4'6" bed) and separate bathroom (bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin) on mezzanine floor.

Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room on 1st floor. Luxury fully fitted kitchen with electric double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Long oak dining table seating 8, woodburning stove. Large stone fireplace, 1 x 2 seater sofa, 1 x 3 seater sofa, matching pouffe, 2 cane chairs and footstool, tv/dvd, music player. Bespoke oak folding doors out on to balcony with garden furniture.

Utility Room on mezzanine floor with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit.

Fuel oil central heating, starter pack of logs, inclusive May - September £25 per week outside these dates.

Grounds Newly laid out grounds on many levels with terraces, patio, barbecue and garden furniture,

NB - This property is unsuitable for children under 10 - there are steep steps and balconies.

Ample Parking then 40 metres steep uphill walk through garden to house.
