Open Plan Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room fully fitted, well appointed kitchen area with split level electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, small oak table with wooden wall benches 2 stools, high chair. Dining/Sitting area with large oak dining table seating 6, wide inglenook with wood burner, 2 large three seater sofas, Sky tv, cd/radio.

Conservatory with specially designed oak frame, multi-fuel stove, slate floors, ‘L’ shaped sofa, oak dining table with 8 chairs, large telescope for star gazing flatscreen tv with Sky, panoramic views of bay and mountains.
