A perfect escape from the modern world is this beautifully restored ancient barn in a unique location high on the mountain above Harlech (near but separate from Moel y Geifr ref 1075) There is a glass gable end with French doors onto a patio area - enjoy a glass of wine and absorb the timeless peaceful atmosphere. Walk up to two beautiful lakes beyond with standing stones our link to the pre historic and mystical past. Below the cottage is Harlech's huge sweeping sandy beach with stunning views of the Lleyn Peninsula, Snowdonia with the backdrop of the majestic Castle. NB please note the lane from the main road is narrow and very steep in parts.

Kitchen/Dining/Lounge luxury fully fitted kitchen area with wood and slate floors, split level electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, circular dining table seating 4, high chair on request. Lounge area with multi-fuel stove, 'L' shaped oatmeal coloured settee and matching footstool, easy chair and footstool, Sky digital tv, radio.

Fuel starter pack of coal/logs and electric central heating inclusive May - September, £40 per week outside these dates.

Grounds fully enclosed fenced patio area with garden furniture & barbeque. Bench in field above to view sunset.

Ample parking but please note the lane from the main road to the cottages is narrow and very steep in parts.

Welcome FREE 1 dog max - please restrict to ground floor.

Please do not smoke indoors.
