This area of South East Wales has beautiful scenery with the rivers Wye and Usk, and also the mountains and Brecon Beacons National Park.

The market town of Abergavenny is well known for it's annual Food Festival in September each year, and also the many fine restaurants such as The Hardwick (owned by Steve Terry) just 5 minutes walk away, The Walnut Tree, with chef Shaun Hill, The Foxhunter at Nantyderry with chef Mark Tebbitt, to name just a few.

Once you've walked to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain, you can relax and eat some good food,

You will find the area easy to reach, and there is also excellent access to Hereford, Cardiff, Bristol and the Welsh Coast.
