About the home

The Villa is located just 5' cycling from the beach, in a private property in the middle of the golf course. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the centre of the village, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private and fenced garden perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a sunny spacious terrace (15 m2), furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to have all your meals outside. With one double and one twin bedroom, each of them with a private bathrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

There is a new parquet now on the grond floor of the living room and also in the main entrance as well as in the kitchen..We expect to put also parquet in the two bedrooms.... We expect to make this changes during the Easter Holidays of this year.

Conditions

A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.

Strictly no smoking.

Refundable breakages deposit of £ 250 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.

The Northern France / Nord-Pas-de-Calais region

La Côte d'Opale is plenty of castles and gardens to visit such as l"Abbaye de Valloires" , le "Manoir d'Estruval", and a huge "bird reserve" at le "Parc de Marquenterres" and "La Baie de Somme" with "Le Crotoy".
A very small authentic village called "La Rue".

The Hardelot Plage area

There is the very wellknown "Château d'Hardelot", completely restored to become the "centre culturel de l'entente cordiale " This is due to the "sommet franco-britannique" held in 2003 between Tony Blair and Jacques Chirac.

This summer, Hardelot will celebrate the hundred anniversary of Louis Bleriot. Indeed, this famous pilote owned a villa in Hardelot and used to train to fly on the Hardelot's beach.

Fly to Le Touquet airport (15 km from Hardelot) or Calais via the Tunnel or car ferries.

Car rentals at the Airport and Boulogne Sur Mer where there is also a ferry.
