A gracious beachfront home “Third Reef” is perched high on a bluff overlooking the island's pristine pink sand beach. The house is located near the peaceful southern portion of beach and with over 120 feet of beach frontage offers an unsurpassed amount of privacy. “Third Reef” features spacious light filled living areas. The open living and dining room overlook the beach and offer stunning views of the ever changing turquoise ocean. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite with ensuite bathroom is located to the right of the living area and offers ocean views. The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house from the master suite. The first guest bedroom also has an ocean view, while the third bedroom offers a garden view. The home's wide oceanfront terrace that is a sublime location from which to recline on a chaise and listen to the wind rustling the palm fronds or enjoy al fresco meals and watch to moon rise over the ocean. There is a 55KW stand-by generator with a soundproof weather enclosure
