Cotton Tree House was built by a British Sea Captain in 1846, and it is full of charm and reminders of an island cottage. This historic Harbour Island home on one of the most beloved streets on the island is situated in the heart of town, within walking distance of the best restaurants, shops, the grocery store and the island bakery. Cotton Tree House is fully Air Conditioned. features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room (with flat screen HD TV, Blu Ray/DVD player, High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi access and local phone). The spacious dining room has room for 8 and the full kitchen and outdoor grill make staying in for meals as easy as going out. Guests will also enjoy sitting on the long front porch to view Harbour Island sunsets as this home has stunning views of the harbour. Spend your days relaxing in the tropically landscaped backyard, partaking in harbour side water sports or enjoying the famous pink sand beach (only a five minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride away). But, along with the old world charm, the House is adorned with modern day conveniences you would expect in a top rate hotel. The House has three bedrooms, two of which are air conditioned, a large family area, two full bathrooms and an outside shower as well as a functional kitchen. Additionally, Cotton Tree is equipped with the modern technology and hand crafted furniture to make sure you can stay in touch and stay informed all while feeling right at home.
