Part of a picturesque, small courtyard of cottages. Ideal for families.
Ground floor: entrance hall, double bedroom, second bedroom with single bed (plus extra pull-out single bed underneath to sleep an extra guest), recently-fitted bathroom. (Please note a cot can be placed in the double bedroom or in the single bedroom if trundle bed not pulled out).
Upstairs: beamed living space - double aspect with new solid oak flooring throughout. Sitting room with beautiful views over valley. Dining area with table and 4 chairs and views over courtyard. Beamed fitted kitchen.
Located one mile along the lane from Harberton village, where there is a beautiful old pub serving fabulous food. The cottage is within easy reach of South Devon's stunning beaches and beautiful coves. Within 3 miles of the Elizabethan town of Totnes, and within easy reach of historic Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and fabulous walks on Dartmoor. Harberton villlage is a pretty traditional village, complete with picturesque church and pub serving good food.

The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the ground floor, and the living space (kitchen, dining area and lounge) is located on the first floor to take advantage of the fabulous countryside views. The lounge, kitchen and dining area have new solid oak wooden flooring throughout.
