Home description
These two striking villas in the traditional blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean, are set on substantial plots each featuring its own large private swimming pool. Located in a low density area with no immediate neighbours these villas enjoy a good degree of privacy. Landscaped gardens at each property not only contribute to the privacy factor but also provide welcome vibrant colours and fresh summer frangrances to the grounds of each villa.
The entry level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features a working fireplace, large plasma screen television (limited satellite channels), DVD Player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. A separate guest cloakroom is also located on this level. A large wrap around verandah covers 3 sides of the villa.
Stairs lead to the first floor where the three bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi jets in the bath. A further double bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room as does the twin bedded room. Two of the bedrooms in each villa have their own private balconies with sea views. Each bedroom boasts its own individual small plasma screen TV and a safety deposit box is also available. Stairs lead to a third level where you will find a large roof terrace. Furnished with chairs and a table this is the perfect spot to escape to for a quiet moment with a glass of wine and a book, or from where to admire unobstructed views of the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The Paphos District
Paphos
This south-west corner of Cyprus has an ambience all of its own: soft breezes, old stone, elusive enchantment and an air of antiquity. This is the kingdom of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and her presence seems to linger. Paphos itself is really two towns, each with its own character; Ktima on the cliff and Kato Paphos by the sea, two kilometres down the road. The one is unchanged over centuries and thoroughly Cypriot while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour into a bustling, busy, sprawling cosmopolitan resort which is still growing.
Roman Paphos was the island's capital, and the 3rd century mosaics here are the finest in the Mediterranean. The atmosphere is funloving and friendly, with plenty of bars, pubs, discos, a few nightclubs and innumerable eating places providing anything from choice Italian cuisine to sizzling souvlaki off the spit.
Swimming in the bay's deep, clear waters is good. The coastline to the north is peppered with small sandy coves but the area's best beach is a 15 minute drive away at Coral Bay. Paphos is an ideal centre from which to explore this region of wild coastline, unspoilt hillside villages and natural beauty; yet it takes less than an hour by car to reach Limassol.
Paphos combines both culture and entertainment in a conveniently sized package. In Paphos you will find some of Cyprus' most stunning archaealogical gems such as its Roman mosaics and Tomb of the Kings situated amongst beach-front resort hotels and golden beaches. Cultivated bananas grow in profusion along the south-western litoral, yet the Akamas Peninsula is one of the island's last unspoilt wildernesses and is home to flora and fauna species found only on Cyprus. Small beach resorts that have not yet succumbed entirely to commercialisation await discerning travellers and there are abundant land and sea based activities to suit every taste. While Limassol is brash and Larnaka is demure, Paphos is quite friendly and is one of Cyprus' most desirable cities. Kato Paphos (Lower Paphos) is the port annex of Pano Paphos (Upper Paphos) and is home to the greatest number of archaeological sites in the area. It provides a lively and friendly ambience in it's renovated port area where visitors, unlike elsewhere in Cyprus' ports, can actually swim. With its palm tree lined boulevards, tasteful public and private buildings, Paphos is a pleasant place to spend a holiday. There are ample restaurants and watering holes and if you tire of the beach annex you can always retire to Pano Paphos for an afternoon's stroll or evening meal.
Hapotami area
Being located within 4 kms of two Championship Golf Courses, these villas are the ideal choice for Golf Lovers. Only a 5 minute drive away is the village of Pissouri which extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea, both areas possessing a unique character and charm. The village maintains an old world atmosphere and has outstanding restaurants and taverns to suit all tastes and budgets, coffee shops, and a mini-market. The village square is lit up at night and is a favourite spot with all. A "Greek Night" featuring music and dancing is held every Wednesday and is attended by Cypriots and foreigners alike. The bay area has an informal collection of excellent fish tavernas and restaurants along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach. A 15 minute drive west will bring you to the town of Paphos with its heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area.
