About the home
These two striking villas in the traditional blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean, are set on substantial plots each featuring its own large private swimming pool. Located in a low density area with no immediate neighbours these villas enjoy a good degree of privacy.
The entry level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features a working fireplace, large plasma screen television (limited satellite channels), DVD Player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. A separate guest cloakroom is also located on this level. A large wrap around verandah covers 3 sides of the villa.
Stairs lead to the first floor where the three bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, whilst the second double bedroom and the final twin bedroom each have their own en-suite shower room. Each bedroom boasts its own individual small plasma screen TV and two of the bedrooms in each villa have their own private balconies with sea views.
Stairs lead to a third level where you will find a large roof terrace. Furnished with chairs and a table this is the perfect spot to escape to for a quiet moment with a glass of wine and a book, or from where to admire unobstructed views of the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating) which are included in the price. Internet access is available to those who bring their own laptop. A safety deposit box is supplied and a baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
The 10 metre x 5 metre private swimming pool with ladder access is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with a poolside shower, sunbeds, and umbrellas. A table and chairs have been provided for outdoor dining making full use of the built in BBQ provided. Landscaped gardens at each property not only contribute to the privacy factor but also provide welcome vibrant colours and fresh summer frangrances to the grounds of each villa. Private shaded parking is available at each villa which is accessed via remote control barriers.

The Paphos region
The village of Kouklia built on the ruins of “Paliapafos”, one of the most important ancient kingdoms in Cyprus, is within 5 kms of the villa and offers the nearest amenities. Today palm trees mark the entrance to the main street which leads to the village square where the church of the Apostle and Evangelist Luke stands. A handful of coffee shops and Cypriot taverns serve traditional Cypriot dishes in the popular meze style. Citrus fruits, avocados, apricot, kiwis, olives, legumes, peanuts and a large variety of vegetables are cultivated on the fertile land that surrounds the village.
Within a 10 minute drive you reach the village of Pissouri which extends from the traditional village on the hillside down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometres. A handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.
At the heart of the hillside village of Pissouri (4 kms inland from the bay) is the charming pedestrianised square with a good array of tavernas and restaurants. A bank, post office, mini market and delicatessen are also found in the village. During the summer months a traditional Cypriot night takes place in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by visitors and locals alike.
A 20 minute drive west will bring you to the town of Paphos with its heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area.
The Hapotami area
Located within 5 minutes drive of two champion Golf Courses, these villas are the ideal choice for Golf enthusiasts. Aphrodite Hills boasts the magnificent 18 hole championship golf course designed by acclaimed course architect, Cabell B Robinson whilst the Secret Valley Golf Course, offers an 18 hole championship course in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees. The nearest beach to the villas is at Petra Tou Roumiou (Aphrodites Rock) probably the most photographed spot on the island. This narrow pebble beach with its rocky entrance into the sea extends both east and west of the rock.

Masters - June 2009 - We have been to Cyprus many times and plan to carry on doing so. We will most definitely book with you again. The villa was lovely - the en-suite bathrooms to each bedroom was a big plus.
Yarwood - April 2009 - Great villa for golfers, both Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills more or less on the door step, will be back next year for sure.
Lees - September 2008 - We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa and it was great having such a big pool. We did manage to drag ourselves away for a couple of rounds of golf, whilst wives & daughters went to the spa. Would recommend this villa without hesitation.
Harris - June 2007 - The Villa and the service were exceptional. Villa owner was very hospitable and friendly and made us feel most welcome.
Bond - March 2007 - We booked late and it turned out we had the best holiday ever. The Villa is extremely comfortable and private, perfect for relaxing family holidays.
