There is an ensuite to the master bedroom with "Jack and Jill" entry and exit. The bathroom, including shower, is considerably larger than normal and there is ample storage space with hairdryer and toiletries also available.Luxurious Sheridan fluffy towels , bath sheet, hand towel and face washer are supplied for each occupant. Guests have a choice at time of booking confirmation of King beds and/or twin king singles and every bed is immaculately presented with the highest quality bed linen and doonas.Sliding mirrored doors in each bedroom provide more than ample storage space and hangers and there are sliding doors leading on to a private patio from the second bedroom. All windows have blinds and block out. There is also a carparking space in the secure basement garage.

This is more than an apartment as it has an excellent outdoor area for entertaining and sunbathing with chairs, table and towels etc also provided. There is a well equipped BBQ with tools, a drying area and well stocked garden with palm trees making the apartment more like resort style living. The garden is totally secure, especially for children and there is also a secure camera entry system.

It is a minimum 4 night stay with the rate reducing depending on the length of stay. Longer stays are always a consideration Guests must adhere at all times to the Terms and Condition on the web site. Responsible pet owners are very welcome. Most pets are accepted upon payment of a surcharge and after discussion with the owner of the property.
Entry is after 2pm and all guests must vacate the property NO LATER than 10am on day of departure / otherwise an extra payment will be removed from the Bond. There is a Bond payable prior to arrival of $500. Any excess cleaning, breakages, damage will be taken from Bond.,

Hampton village is part of the city of Bayside and stretches alomg the coastal area of Port Philip Bay. Ideal for all water sports especially for sailing enthusiasts taking part in the many events at the numerous yacht clubs, this property is the ideal base and has accommodated many well known sailors including Olympic Gold winner, Ben Ainslie and his sails!

Golfers are also catered for with numerous attractive and challenging courses of the Sandbelt region and the Mornington Peninsula. But what visit to this area would not be complete without an easy drive to the wineries, visits to markets, shopping excursions or visits to many places of special historical interest in Bayside especially. Your hosts are only too keen to assist with your day trips and can suggest a perfect timetable for short or longer stays for adults and children alike. There are Farmers Markets held each month at the Hampton foreshore, The Bright 'n Sandy Festival in March, Exhibitions, Art Galleries and Literary festivals to name but a few.

From the comfort of the beds and the supply of fluffy towels to the fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen, this marvellous holiday home is indeed a home from home ; so much so that I wish I had never had to leave! Just off the main street running through Hampton, this little gem of a place was spotlessly clean, easy to find, offered great access to the amenities of the High Street and was also only moments away from the local train line and the main road into the centre of the city of Melbourne. The shower provided masses of hot water - always a must wherever I am staying - and the air conditioning was both efficient and effective, essential when the temperature soared. Only small niggle was that the broadband / wi-fi coverage was very slow to access although the Library which offered an alternative option was only a short walk away. Breaking my heart to return to Melbourne as soon as I can and I am only loathe to recommend this apartment in fear that, as a result of my top recommendation, it may not be available when next I need it? Response: Good to read we are doing things right, have another satisfied guest and especially how comfortable the beds were. So important when you are away from home.
