From the owner

You are renting the entire house of more than 500 sqm with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It sleeps 10 to 12 people.

The house has an luxury interior decoration. It is fully equipped with Crestron electronical house controls for different media sources, it has free WiFi, Wlan, Internet and telephone.

You have access to the whole house including the 1600 sqm garden, with pond, treehouse, playground for children.

You will live here on your own. A caretaker-cleaner comes once a week to maintain the house and takes care of you.

The house has a luxury interior decoration. Every ceiling is formed differently. It was build over 4 years. Many precious materials have been used to give you a very warm feeling. It is fully equipped with Crestron electronical control for different media sources and all the technique. It has FREE WiFi, Wlan, cabled Internet, telephone. 40.000 metres of electric cable transform the house into a very comfortable villa remote controlled with i-Pads. Many pieces of art and pictures comfort your eyes.

Hamburg Rissen is an absolute family quarters. The township has the "Falkensteiner Forst", the "Klövensteen game reserve", the nature reserve "Wittenberger Heide" and the Elbe meadows. My house lies right next the the huge "Klövensteen forest" where you you walk, jog or bicycle for hours. With some restaurants and nice lakes. Here it is absolutely quiet with no noise from airplanes, trains or cars. Only the birds can wake you up.

The shopping center of Rissen is in 15 min walking distance. There you have 2 discounters and 2 big grocery stores. And all the other shops and restaurants. What you do not get here you will get in nearby Wedel just 5 minutes by car away.

My Villa is on the outskirts of Hamburg. By car or train about 45 minutes to the center of Hamburg city. The traffic is reliable and there are no traffic jams.

Taxis can be ordered within 10 minutes.

There are no specific house rules. Please treat the entire house with great care as it took me years to complete it. It is an architecture of art and technique that you rarely can find. So please treat everything with reverence and take great care.

There are still many of my personal belongings and travel souvenirs inside the house that you please also keep untouched.

The daily/weekly/monthly price includes all taxes,all electricities, all water and all gas for heating. The internet is for free. Telephone calls inside Europe is free. All other calls are forbidden (and will be charged) There will be no other extra charges. Except once a week cleaning of the house and change of bedsheets / towels : 95,00 Euro per week/or stay.

All payments have to be done in advance.

Interaction with Guests My guests can enjoy complete seclusion and tranquility. You will be here on your own. But you are also welcome to take part in the life of the house. You enter your part of the house on your own entrance and can come and go as you please – day and night. A caretaker-cleaner comes once a week to maintain the house, changes your towels and bedsheets and also takes care of your rooms. On your request you can employ her and she can come more times a week. I can help you finding a Nanny, a cooker or even a Muslim cooker.

Smoking is not allowed in the entire house and in the rooms. Otherwise there are no special house rules. You can receive your guests, but I do not allow big parties. Please treat the entire house, the furniture and the walls painted with great care, because it took many years to create up to this state. It is an architectural piece of art.
Throughout the house there is of me and the children still many personal items and travel souvenirs that I ask you leave untouched, please.

amazing experience, than you Stefan, the only draw back was the nude pictures around the house which was problematic especially for our youngsters

How do damage deposits work?
