We are surrounded by breathtaking scenery and we are perfectly situated for summer or winter holidays by yourself or with family and friends. In summer there are a huge range of activities to keep everyone occupied on our doorstep from swimming, fishing, canoeing, scuba diving, mountain biking, walking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, golf, white water rafting and caving. In the winter months there is fantastic skiing and boarding on the Krippenstein and the Dachstein West Ski region.

The Upper Austria/Salzkammergut region

The region around Lake Hallstatt was awarded the status of “World Heritage region” by UNESCO in 1997. There are many significant areas of interest within walking distance like the Salt mine in Hallstatt, the magnificent Dachstein Caves and Hallstatt town itself. Other great days out are Salzburg - 70 mins by car, Bad Ischl and St Wolfgang.

Our apartments are spacious, very comfortable and newly renovated.

Each apartment has at least one balcony, a well equipped kitchen, living area with dining table, sofa and TV and each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. All towels and linen are supplied.
You can choose from a one, two or three bedroom apartment accommodating up to11people.
This apartment can sleep up to 6 people using the double sofa bed in the lounge.


We also have a sauna for our guests – just what you need after a day on the slopes. Bathrobes and towels supplied. Price 8 euros per person.

We have bikes for hire as well as a 4 man Canadian canoe to explore the lake.

We do offer fully catered packages - dinner with wine, bed, breakfast and afternoon tea - from 55 Euros per person per night. Reduced rates for children.

Payment by bank transfer preferred.We do accept Visa and MasterCard> Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% charge.

One bedroom apartments, sleeping up to 4 people are also available please contact us for prices.

Prices include all linen, towels and cleaning charges. Prices exclude tourist tax (1.30 Euros per person per night - .43 cents for children aged between 6 and 15 years.)

Breakfast is available daily - 8.00 Euros per adult - 5.00 Euros for children over 6 - under 6 free when taken with parents.
