Holly Tree Farm Barns are situated in an idyllic rural spot just outside the village of Cratfield in Suffolk. They comprise three very tastefully converted, single storey farm buildings set around a central court yard. Each cottage is extremely light and spacious and has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The barns are approximately 50m from the main farm house. There are eleven acres of meadowland and natural ponds to explore.
The village pub is an easy walk away and we are always happy to recommend other local pubs and restaurants which serve excellent food. Groceries and baby sitting can all be arranged on request.

The Stables has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, plus a sofa bed. Patio doors lead from the main living area to the central courtyard, where there are tables and chairs which are perfect for catching the morning sun.
There is a fully fitted lemon shaker style kitchen. There is solid oak flooring and two large sofas in the living area. There is a large dining room table. The bathroom has a shower above the bath and under floor heating.

Cratfield is situated in the heart of rural suffolk. We are in easy reach of the Coast and offer unrivalled tranquility on the edge of the village.
This is an agricultural and unspoilt landscape. Quiet country lanes are perfect for exploring by car or bicycle.
Near by places of interest include the Castle at Framlingham, the Otter Trust near Bungay, The Wildlife Park at Kessingland and The Farm Park at Easton.
Halesworth area
The Heritage Coast and unspoiled delights of rural Suffolk are nearby. We are in easy reach of Southwold and Walberswick. Dunwich and Minsmere are also close by and ideal for bird watching and walking. Snape Maltings is renowned for its famous arts program. We have maps of local walks and can provide cycle routes to help you explore the quiet country lanes in the beautiful Saints Country. This part of Suffolk is also famous for its Flyers (World War 2 air fields and museums) and Friars (monasteries and abbeys).
There is a swimming pool 5 miles away, several local golf courses (for which we can arrange special rates) as well as fishing and riding facilities in the neighbouring villages.

Further details indoors: The Stables has a very high standard of decor. We have added a few extra luxuries like solid oak flooring and SKY TV. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Further details outdoors: We have 11 acres of meadow land which guests are welcome to explore. The cottages are surrounded entirely by farm land, and there is plenty of room for children to play and for dogs to explore !

A spacious open plan living area with french windows opens onto a private patio area in a natural sun spot, with wooden garden furniture and pretty garden. There are two large bedrooms. The bathroom is fully tiled and includes a wet room style shower, suitable for wheelchair access. There is a dedicated car parking space for one car close to the Cart Lodge.
The Dairy has one double bedroom plus a sofa bed.
This is a luxurious cottage with a contemporary feel, with features such as a modern birch kitchen, an open plan living area with a leather sofa. The bedroom is spacious and full of light with fantastic views. The bathroom contains a shower above the bath. There are French windows leading from the living room to a private patio, with a pretty garden and comfortable furniture to relax on, perfect for watching the sun go down.
The dairy has unbroken views over neighbouring farm land.
