The property is a spacious 4 bed, 3bath with your own swimming pool and ideally situated for golfers as your pool overlooks the first fairway. All theme parks are within easy reach and beaches only 1 hour away.
We are on a 24hr gated community with 24hr walmart only minutes from your villa. We are close to many quality restaurants and only 10 minutes from the I4.
October/November 2010 the villa was fully decorated to a high standard both inside and out.

The property has a front lounge/reception room and a further family lounge to the rear with a flat screen television and ps3, opening onto the swimming pool. The dining table seats 8 with a further kitchen set seating 4. The kitchen is fully fitted with a large oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and many other appliances. The two double bedrooms are with en suite bathrooms with the two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. All linen is provided including towels both for inside and the pool area. There is a gas barbecue in the pool area with seating, table and sun loungers. All three bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. In-house safe available. The villa has been completely redecorated inside and out in November 2010. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a games room with Darts, Pool Table, Air Hockey and Fuseball. There is an Internet connection and phone calls to England are free. Our management are available at all times should there be any problems.

The perfect destination for families or friends....with beautiful weather and a relaxing atmosphere.
Haines city is situated just of the 14 and has recently seen an upsurge in the development of shops and restaurants. It is ideally located both for Disney, Legoland, Universal, Busch and coastal regions.
The Haines City / Southern Dunes area
Ideally situated for many local golf courses as well as the theme parks. Horse riding is only 20 minutes away at horse world and we are surrounded by fishing lakes.

We have just come back from our 4th trip to Southern Dunes, The villa was lovely and we thought the best standard of decor. The view over the first fairway made for some interesting conversations with some of the Golfers that weren't that good!! Everything you needed in the Villa was there and we also liked the games room/ garage. The only downside for us, was that the sun went off the pool early. But we still had a great stay and will be returning to Southern Dunes again. The owners were very efficient and helpful and I would recommend the villa as an excellent place to stay. |

Summer 2008 - House is Beautiful! Area lovely especially the golf course, Weather was brilliant, Recommend parks, Aquatica, Wet & wild and Busch Gardens, Had Great Time, Julie, Paul and Sophie J.
Excellent Accommodation feels like a palace, kids want to stay forever. Had a great time at Discovery Cove and Aquatica brilliant too. Kids enjoyed having the pool, morning, noon and night and watching wildlife go by. We will definitely be back some time. Marie & Malcolm Barnard, W. Yorks.

Summer 2009 - Excellent villa, beautiful location. Magic Kingdom is a must for any age and Shuma Rocks at Sea World, not to be missed. Diana, Sarah, Richard, Harry & Freya, Norwich.
