Fantastic family sized Florida Villa set within Southern Dunes prestigious Golf community.There's something for everybody.
Our home is fitted with everything you could possibly need during your stay, but should you wish to venture out, there are plenty of things to do right on your doorstep. On-site is the Golf Club house where you can enjoy a fantastic Sunday Buffet. Also there's a communal pool just around the corner, there's a children's play area, tennis courts and fishing lake. Super Wallmart is situated just at the entrance of Southern Dunes, with everything you could possibly need including petrol station and 24 pharmacy. Situated within walking distance there are many restaurants, shops and banks.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Close to the main attractions - just 15 mins drive to Disney World. Close proximity to shopping (including Walmart) and restaurants, 10 min walk or 1 min drive.
Disney Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Wet & Wild, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre to name but a few, there are also many dinner shows such as Arabian Nights, Medieval Times, Sleuths Mystery Dinner show, also within 1 hours drive to both the Gulf Coast and The Atlantic Coast, with fantastic beaches.
In Florida there really is something for everybody our home is perfectly placed to keep you near all the action. If shopping your thing you will not be disappointed there are plenty of shopping outlets to visits all at the fraction of the cost of the UK (that goes without saying!!) There's Premium Outlets which has Ralph Lauren, Fendi, Guess, French Connection, Coach, Gap, Nike, Timberland to name a few. Just a few mins drive from Premium Outlets is Mall of Mallemium where you'll find Tiffanys, Gucci and many more.
To the west you can drive to the Gulf coast towns like St Petersburg and Clearwater with their loveley beaches and not forgetting Tampa itself with both a city feel and its share of fun with Busch Gardens.
Drive to the east the Atlatic coast and probable the most famous visitor attraction here is the Kennedy space Centre where tours of the massive facility are conducted on a daily basis . There is something for everyone in Orlando.
Haines City / Southern Dunes area
Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is a quiet, upmarket golf resort located just 15 miles South of the Disney Parks. With 24 hr manned security at the entrance, it has excellent amenities including 3 swimming pools, a gym, children's play area, 2 tennis courts, bike paths, an attractive Clubhouse with a bar and restaurant open 7 days a week to visitors for breakfast/lunch, plus dinner on 3 nights a week.
There is also a golf pro shop. It also has the true convenience of a 24/7 Wal-Mart Superstore just outside the community gate, with a gas station, bank, restaurants, & many other shops.
Just 20 minutes easy drive from Disney, the big benefit of Southern Dunes' location is that you reach Disney from a different direction to the 100's of people staying in Kissimmee - they may be stuck in a traffic jam along the HW192 whilst you will drive straight in!
You are also nearer to both the Gulf & Atlantic coasts - the nearest beach is about an hour's drive. You can shop at the many discount malls, and eat out at very reasonable cost in a huge choice of restaurants - all within an easy drive. All the information you need to make the most of your holiday at our Orlando Villa is in a Guest Folder at the villa.
How to get there
Southern Dunes is an easy 40-45 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Other options are Sanford Airport, which is around 70 minutes drive, or Tampa on the west coast (approx. 1 and a half hours drive).

Car Hire is inexpensive, and really necessary wherever you stay in the Orlando/Disney area as public transport is poor.

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday and Saturday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
RATES INCLUDE: All utilities, bed linen, bath and pool towels, high speed Internet access, local phone calls, use of gas Barbeque/Grill and END OF STAY CLEANING for two weeks or longer stay.
There is a cleaning fee of £70 for stays of 7 nights or less.
Electric heating for the pool is £8 per day.
Booking Deposit NON-REFUNDABLE (at time of booking - to secure booking): £100 per week
Security Deposit (is payable with balance and is due- 6 weeks before Arrival date): £ 200
The security deposit is a standard charge and will be REFUNDABLE if no damage/breakages have arisen during your stay within 21 days. The management company will make an inspection after your departure.
The balance becomes due 6 weeks before your arrival, or immediately if your arrival is within 6 weeks of booking.
