The Four Seasons villa is luxurious, spacious and is in a stunning location – it backs onto the 1st fairway of the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course! The Southern Dunes community is well situated and offers excellent facilities. In the immediate area around the community, you will find a Wal Mart and a number of places to eat. A short drive enables you to enjoy the world renowned attractions of Disney, Universal Studios and many more. Holidaying at The Four Seasons really does give you the best of all worlds!

The Four Seasons is a stunning villa combining visual impact with superb facilities. When you walk into The Four Seasons, the spaciousness strikes you - part of the interior is the full height of our 2 storey villa. A balcony overlooks this part of the interior and this feature is stunning. There is a comfortable loft area leading from the balcony that overlooks one of the living areas. The design of The Four Seasons allows you to have some privacy when you want it but also to join in with the crowd when you are in the mood!

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Orlando, and Orlando International Airport, is about half an hour's drive from Southern Dunes and 45 mins to Sanford. There is loads to do in Orlando! You can cruise on International Drive, which boasts themed restaurants and excellent malls, or you can night club in Pleasure Island or Downtown Orlando.

Kissimmee is just off the I4 on US192, which boasts restaurants, bars, Oldtown, and Celebration is also close. The Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach, Clearwater are all around a 1 hr drive.

The location is unbeatable!

Haines City / Southern Dunes area

You drive out of Southern Dunes with a very large Wal Mart on your right and various other grocery stores on your left. 100 yards in front of you are the traffic lights on highway US27. Straight ahead is a McDonalds restaurant, to the right there are liquor stores, gas stations, banks with 24hr ATM's etc. To your left lies several other restaurants, bars and a choice of chemists.

A few miles away is Haines City and a bit further on is a mall with Sears and other stores. A new hospital with A&E is just 3 miles away. To Orlando is a 10 minutes drive to the I4 (Interstate 4) and Dennys! The I4 takes you to Disney within a further 10 minutes and the other world renowned attractions of Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Aventure, etc. Fantasic golf courses such as ChampionsGate, Reunion, Celebration, Mystic Dunes, Panther Lake and Crooked Cat are all a short drive away to challenge even the most fearless of golfers.

How to get there

Flights leave from all the major airports in the UK to Orlando International (36 mins) at all times of the year and many Seasonal Charter Flights (Airtours, First Choice, My Travel) fly to Sanford (54 mins) from Cardiff, Manchester, Birmingham etc.

All the major car rental firms (Dollar, Avis, Alamo, Budget, Hertz, Thrifty, Enterprise) have cars at at both airports.

It also offers TVs in every bedroom, TVs/DVDs in both Master Suites, a loft area & family room that includes a 46''LCD HD TV (HD package inc HBO) with blue ray player and a selection of movies. The villa has a new Bose sound system, PS2 and a high speed wireless Internet access. The villa has two master bedrooms, four twin rooms, and there are two queen sized sofa beds – one in the formal living area and the other in the loft. There are two living areas, nook and formal dining area, a large kitchen. In total, The Four Seasons has 4.5 bathrooms.

The Location of The Four Seasons villa is unbeatable. A fantastic golf course is on the doorstep - one of the top 100 in the USA! The view of the 1st fairway from the pool is there to be soaked up in the late afternoon sun with a cool drink! Amazing theme parks, including Islands Of Adventure and Sea World, are less than 20 minutes away in the car. The golf clubhouse is situated near to The Four Seasons and Southern Dunes community also offers a gym, tennis courts, communal swimming pools and a lake. Visitors to The Four Seasons Villa are able to use the golf course (fees apply). Southern Dunes is a gated community and is therefore secure. Orlando airport is just over half an hour away in the car.

A deposit of £200 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance is paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday along with a returnable security deposit.
