The villa caters for your every need during your stay, but should you wish to venture out, there are plenty of things to do right on your doorstep. Located within Golf Course complex, a children's playarea, tennis courts, fishing lake and gym. Walmart and 24 pharmacy are situated just at the entrance of Southern Dunes. Situated within walking distance there are many restaurants including the famous Manny's Chop House the best steak house in the US..

Inside the house we have catered for all needs, there is a high chair, and various push chairs. There is a Playstation with various games and a games room which includes a brunswick full size pool table, air hockey table and darts board. All rooms are fitted with cable TV. Make use of the DVDs and books available during your stay, There is a good sized private pool fitted with safety gate to keep children safe. Have a relaxing swim in the evening to unwind after a day of fun activities.

Enjoy lazy days by the pool on the sun loumgers or have a late evening dip in the eluminated pool under the moonlight.

Within easy reach of Disney World, costal areas and coming in October 2011 the World's largest Legoland.

Close to local amenities including a 24 hour Walmart, designer outlet shopping villages and bars and restuarants a short walk or drive away.

Disney Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Islands of Andventure, Sea World, Aquatica, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre to name but a few, there are also many dinner shows such as Arabian Nights, Medeival Times, Slueths Mystery Dinner show, also within 1 hours drive to both the Gulf Coast and The Atlantic Coast, with fantastic beaches.

In Florida there really is something for everybody our villa is pefectly placed to keep you near all the action. For the keen golfers we are situated on the #6 golf course in Florida. Enjoy a drink whilst relaxing in the clubhouse. We are also surrounded by numerous fishing lakes.

The Haines City / Southern Dunes area

Souhern Dunes has the most fantastic golf course in Florida. The area is close to supermarkets, restuarants and bars, and Manny's Chophouse is certainly worth a visit for the taste of traditional American steaks.

Situated close to all the action of the Disney theme parks, beautiful gardens and in October 2011 the world's largest Legoland will be opening. If that is not enough why not take in one of the numerous dinner shows on offer nearby.

Within close proximity to several designer shopping malls for those who love a bargain.
