Luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with games room, pool & spa. Two super king master suites, both with full en-suite bathrooms, two twin bedded rooms with own Jack & Jill bathroom. Large covered lanai with pool furniture for 10 people, with lighting & ceiling fan. Removable pool safety fence. Pool & spa can be heated separately, no close rear neighbors with pool backing on to water retention area. Features include TV in each bedroom as well as ceiling fan. Lounge features imported Italian leather suite, 50" TV with Blu Ray system and selection of Blu Ray and DVD films, Spectrum cable TV incl English Premiership football, free Wi-fi and local & international telephone calls to UK & European land-lines. Games room includes 8 foot pool table, air hockey & foosball. Large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining nook with seating for 10. Fully air conditioned. Laundry room equipped with American size washer and separate dryer. All towels & linen are included. Free security safe, big enough to take laptops, iPods etc. Electric outdoor barbeque. Cot & linen, two strollers and high chair. On drive parking for two cars.

Ideal for one or two families, couples, wheelchair accessible, golf courses nearby, 20 to 30 minutes to all Orlando area attractions, less than an hour from Orlando International, Tampa or Sandford airports. Approx an hour drive to both coast beach areas.

The estate is also both Uber & Lyft friendly for those wishing the occasional trip out either during the day or night out without having to take the car.

There are no big events or parties of any kind allowed in the villa. There is only ample parking for 2/3 sedan size cars at most. the HOA enforce the 10.00pm noise curtailment ruling that most other estates have. It is q quiet, mostly residential estate, very child friendly.

Thanks very much for your kind comments. Sorry for the misunderstanding over this matter. It is not a hot tub that we have, it is an in-ground spa and as such, operates from the pool pump and heater. We can have the spa heated separate from the pool, we will list this as an option in due course. This will be at a lower charge level than having both heated. Hope this clarifies the issue.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
