We are offering a new build executive villa on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. The property sleeps up to 10 guests, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, . There is also a large games room which includes pool table, Air Hockey and basketball shootout, swimming pool with spa and two large deck areas, 50” HD plasma, HD DVD player with a great selection of DVDs, wifi internet access(So bring your laptops), travel cot and hairdryers will also be available free of charge. Master Bedroom on the ground floor has a King sized bed with a huge en-suite, dressing room &TV
Bonus Room on the first floor a Queen sized bed also with en-suite, dressing area and TV,
The two smaller bedrooms have an interconnecting bathroom, one of them has twin beds and the other has an english sized double bed, each room has storage for clothes and TV’s.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa that pulls out into a sofa bed suitable for 2 people, 50” Plasma TV with dvd player and Cable TV.
The pool area has 2 large deck areas with also a fairly big pool and spa. The deck areas has sun beds and tables and chairs for perfect relaxation.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Situated on US Highway 27, just 20 minutes drive to attractions such as Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, it is ideally located for touring Florida’s theme parks.
Haines City / Calabay Parc Resort area
Southern Dunes PGA golf course is only one mile from the villa, Tower Lake’s large jetty area also offers anglers a place to fish.
For shopping there is a Wal-Mart Super Centre within a 5 minute drive. Orlando Premium Outlets and Mall of Millenia are located 20 minutes away on I-4, which itself is only a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Go South on Highway for approx 8 miles 5. Turn Left on Bates Rd and make a Right at Tower Lake Blvd (Lowes Turn off)

Conditions
The unique thing about our villa is that it has been adapted for wheelchair access. The door to the front and the back have been fitted with ramps for easy wheelchair Access. The inside of the villa is very spaceious so the wheelchair user can easily move around. The pool area has 2 very big deck areas with lots of space. The owners of the villa are all wheelchair Users and have requested all these requirements from the builder .
