About the home

Our villa is located on the prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This lakefront community has its own boat ramp and fishing pier. Less than 20 Minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from Legoland and within easy reach of all other major Orlando attractions. Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and Championsgate are a few minutes drive.
Our luxury villa is fully air-conditioned and ideal for 2 or more families to share. It has everything required for that perfect vacation, including 5 bedrooms with cable TV's including ESPN sports channels, 4 bathrooms and a private South-facing pool and spa so that you can sunbathe all day, or relax around after a hard day at Disney World.
There is also a spacious family lounge with cable TV, DVD, dining room, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, utility room with laundry facilities, downstairs den/6th bedroom with cable TV and Playstation 3 games console and games room. Included are all bed linen and towels, a high chair and cot, plus computer and wireless internet access.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida is Known as the "Sunshine State", with warm sunny weather all year round. Orlando is the 6th largest city in Florida and is the county seat of Orange County. Orlando is the ideal vacation destination for visitors of all ages. From the famous theme parks of Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios to Kennedy Space Centre. Also within easy reach are lots of natural attractions, two beautiful coasts and national parks, superb golf courses, shopping outlets and fantastic dining. In short something for everyone.

The Haines City / Calabay Parc at Tower Lake area

Our villa is located on the prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This lake front community has its own boat ramp and fishing pier. Set in a quiet relaxed country setting yet only 20 minutes from Disney and one of the nearest communities to the new Legoland Theme Park which is just 15 minutes away.
Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the famous Championsgate are only a few minutes drive.
For the walking enthusiasts Lake Louisa National Park is only a 15 mile drive.
Nearest supermarkets, restaurants and shops are only a two minute drive away.

Thomson and MyTravel operate several low cost flights to Sanford airport. Virgin Atlantic, British Airways etc., operate though Orlando International Airport. Both airports offer large selection of car rental companies such as Dollar, Alamo etc.

Drive times to our villa from Sanford 60 - 70 minutes, from Orlando Inernational 30-40 minutes.

We are located off interstate 4 on highway 27, which is less busy than other areas off the 192 when travelling to Disney World and other Orlando theme parks.
