About the home

Sleeping eight to ten The Little Mermaid Villa gives its guests four bedrooms..two with super kingsized beds,with en-suite bathrooms which lead out onto the patio/pool area also large wardrobes with ample storage space for all those clothes you are bound to buy whilst there! es has a walk in shower with grab bars fitted for ectra help if required and a large deep bath plus double sinks and separate toilet. The second en-suite has shower with bath and toilet. The third and fourth twin bedded bedroom's share a third bathroom...again with shower and toilet and sink. Also provided are ample towels for use at the villa.
We provide all you require to make this a holiday of a lifetime plus giving you that home form home feeling with a 26 foot pool and spa thrown in!
Our pool area is totally private, we are not overlooked by any other villas and we have the added bonus of the villa pool being totally south facing..insuring we get the sun fron early morning until late evening...This we feel is one of the top "wanted" points on a villa guests list of the perfect villa stay. You can enjoy your swim or bathe without having the worry of others looking in and ensuring the privacy you want on holiday.
The villa is accessible to wheelchair users.Discreet slopes upto the entrance door plus out onto the pool area have been built in to the plan of our villa plus we have installed a handrail into the pool steps to aide those unsteady on their feet and also provided extra aids in one of the master bedrooms-more details on request.

The Gated community is an added bonus to holiday makers, only those staying at the villa are able to gain access into the Tower Lake Community via a coded entry gate [code given two weeks before departure] The villa is in a quiet spot and not over looked at all.
Tower Lake has its own Bass Lake and you are able to walk down to the lake after a long hard day enjoying yourself at the theme parks or shopping and fish from the pier [maybe catch your tea!]. Also the sunset over the lake is a sight to behold.
TAKE OUR FISHING RODS WITH YOU AND HAVE A GO AT CASTING...IT COULD LEAD TO A HOBBY THAT THE FATHER AND SON or MOTHER DAUGHTER NEVER THOUGHT OF DOING..BRINGING THE FAMILY TOGETHER EVEN CLOSER.!!!!

Our management team are only a phone call away to answer any questions you may have plus on hand to give any advice you require
Pool can be heated at an extra cost of £50 per week and if you wish to use this please give confirmation with booking.

Conditions

Booking of the villa: booking form is sent to the guest for completion..giving required details. this is then returned to the
villa owner along with a deposit of £100 per week of stay. A receipt is then sent to guest with all
relevant information..date of stay, rental rate, dat eof balance due and details of Bond*
Approximately a week prior to departure details covering directions, codes etc are sent to guests.
*BOND : is refunded after villa inspection by management.
We give guests an information sheet covering safety round the pool..no smoking in villa, the use of plasticware area around pool area..general health and safety advice to make your stay a safe and happy experience.
Discount is available for bookings over two weeks. We also offer rates for nightly stays.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Haines city is the up and comming region of Orlando where you will find the newest villa's being built and very good road access to virtually every part of Florida.
From Tower Lake you are no longer than fifteen minutes from numerous theme park.
There are a wealth of courses such as the one at Champions Gate : Designed by Gregg Norman, this golf course is a must for those golfers amongst our guests or you could try the course as Southern Dunes: just minutes from Tower Lake.
Tower Lake is a beautiful community with a vast fishing lake...we have provided rods for those fishermen amongst you

Below is an outline to the tourist attractions:

Walt Disney World: 15 minutes from Disney exits,

Seaworld and Universal exits : Just 25 minutes away..on a straight easy route.
Busch Gardens Tampa : 45 minutes straight drive.
Daytona Beach:
30 minutes away. Those wanting to visit the Kennedy Space Centre will be there within an hour.
The New LegoLand is a must for younger families based at the old cypress gardens site.

Those wanting to go further afield can drive to Miami which is signposted as 200 miles away!

Clearwater and St Petersburg..60-75 minutes away and a must for any visitor

Golfing is another big attraction to Orlando and you will find ample golf courses to visit, details are available if required. * I would suggest golfing holidays be takenin the cooler months of november through to March due to the mid day heat at other times of the year.

The Haines City / Calabay Parc at Tower Lake area

Being on direct routes to the parks and beaches, the area surrounding our villa offers an abundance of eating places..Manny's..where you can enjoy a fantastic meal that will not break the bank but will have you remembering the eating experience. Also the new Posner Park shopping mall with numerous well known american stores.
Closer to home and more importantly for the villa guest, we have local shops such as a Walmart [three minutes away], Publix and various smaller shops. We also have within five minutes a local GP and chemist ..if for some reason you need to make a visit.

“A Villa to Visit AGAIN AND AGAIN” From booking the four bedder three bathroomed villa to actually arriving there the villa owner was there for us..answerig questions, seeing to any needs we had.. they made our stay a five star one. This villa was like no other we have stayed in providing that home from home feeling and also everything you could want in a villa from adapters to hairdriers and ample towels..all we needed was our clothes toiletires adn that was it. They sent us the directions a week prior to traveling then on our second day phoned the villa to make sure all was to our satisfaction! We even had free international calls so we could phone home without fiddly phone cards. We would urge you all to look at this villa with it pool area getting the sun all day and totally secluded from other villas..we relaxed of an evening with the pool being used by the kids while we had a nice glass of vino..sorry wrong counrty but what the hell..this place was well worth the money. Everything about the place was fantastic ad we are going again in 2012 and will be going to see HArry Potter with the kids ! Cannot wait! The fishing was great with rods provided by the villa owner..first time father and son have ever spent quality time the way it should be ..dangling rods over the peir and watching the sunset in the distance! Would not think of staying anywhere else..parks approx 15 minutes to disney, no traffic jams as with the 192 ..seaworld 20 minutes away...ample food places and the walmmart just three minutes away!!!Everything a holiday should be plus more Would say give them a try..they really are what you want in villa owners On ending this review I have to add the pictures and video tour do not do this villa justice and I wish John every success witht he villa...as a family home it is second to none..thank you again Response: We are so pleased we helped to make your stay a memorable one and hope to see you back at the villa very soon Thank you John

We have just booked to go back to this wonderful villa in 2009 ..WE WANT TO SEE THE HARRY POTTER THEME PARK!!
Booking with Julie and John was the best thing we did...from booking to arriving at the villa they were there every step of the way, giving us information, helping us plan our day and even phoned us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we wanted...FIVE STAR SERVICE. This villa suited us down to the ground with our disabled grandson. Villa owners did more than we expected to make our stay a great one-booking again next year thanks-D Brownrigg.

All we did was play golf while the ladies did the shops and the kids did the theme parks so everyone was happy. The villa owners gave us 110% and helped make this holiday the success it was thank you I Danby County Durham.
