This luxury 4 bedroom,3 bathroom,(2 master suites), villa sleeps 8 people,and has a private south facing pool fully screened,with table, chairs, loungers and a BBQ. The family room looks out onto the deck and pool, there is a cable T.V (200 channels) and dvd player, also high speed internet access. The villa has two master suites,with super king (7ft)and king sized beds, and two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a games room,with pool table,table football,and a games console(ps2). There is a fully fitted kitchen.There are comfortable dining areas, inside, and outside under a covered lanai.
This is a family home on a secure site.With easy driving to everywhere. A great first time to orlando home,as everything is in very easy reach, with very easy driving.

The Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club offers players of all abilities the opportunity to play and enjoy this beautiful course. There are three communal swimmimg pools, tennis courts, a gym, children's playground and a lake for fishing.

We were very pleased with the location,and how clean the house was, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic villa, well equipped,very clean,great to come back to the house after a day out,and relax round our own pool.We cannot wait to come back.

Our stay at palm tree villa florida was incredible. The amenities were everything a family could ask for. The rest of our party (5 villas) were really jealous of our accommodations because they paid more and got less, we will be back.
