For an unforgettable holiday in fabulous Florida stay at our beautiful villa. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms with plenty of room to accommodate up to eight adults plus two children. The villa is comfortably furnished and has TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine and all the creature comfort you expected from a luxury villa. Set in the peaceful gated community of Southern Dunes, the villa is perfectly located for exploring the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea world plus many more, you can even make the short journey to the beach to soak up the year round sunshine Florida is famous for.

To cool off after a busy day, the private pool is an ideal place swim and relax. Enjoy a BBQ and drinks on the deck before retiring to the air conditioned comfort of the villa for a restful nights sleep ready for another day of fun and excitement.

The villa is set in a peaceful gated community. To the front are manicured gardens and the rear garden has an enclosed private heated swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a safety fence making a safe environment for your children to play. The deck area has outdoor furniture for sun bathing and dining al fresco. Views out across the lake provide a pleasant outlook and a relaxing atmosphere.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Orlando is famous for the world class theme parks and there are plenty to keep you entertained for weeks on end. There are 14 parks including the classic Disney experience at Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios and the magnificent Animal Kingdom with its mix of thrilling attractions and fascinating animals. Other favourites include Epcot, Universal Studios and you can take your pick of the fabulous water parks like Typhoon Lagoon and the famous wet 'n' wild. The Haines City / Southern Dunes area

Set in the award winning development of Southern Dunes makes this location a golfer's paradise. Facilities at the golf and country club are open to all. The fantastic restaurant is even open for breakfast and is the perfect start to the day, whilst the welcoming bar is a great place to grab a drink and chat with your neighbours.

The excellent tennis centre will hire courts and equipment. Golf clubs can be hired from the Club House allowing you to take advantage of the G&CC ranked 6th in Florida (Golfweek - America's Best Courses You Can Play -March 2004 issue of Golfweek) at Southern Dunes.

Local amenities are extensive and include shopping malls for some retail therapy at prices that will make you smile. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from offering something to suit everyone’s taste and all are family friendly. The 24 hour Wal-Mart superstore sells everything you could possibly and all the latest releases are shown at the multiplex cinema. There are also banking and medical facilities conveniently located

“Villa has a warm atmosphere and provides all you could want or need” we have just come back and the holiday was to celebrate our 45th anniversay,and take our daughter and 2 grandchildren aged 6 & 10yrs to Disney. We arrived late and it was a bonus that the lights were on in the porch and the 24hr Wal-mart just up the road for esssentials. Villa is very comfortable and very clean. Management company were available for any problems. Situation unbeatable. We ate at the Ponderosa (children ate free with adult diners) had a spectacular day at Discovery Cove and Kennedy Space Center - talked to an astronaut. Also did the Disney parks which are an easy drive of about 30-40mins. A memorable holiday with a comfortable villa refuge!

“this villa has it all” Have stayed at this villa for the last 2 years and heading there again in Novermber for our eagerly awaited third trip. Have been to Florida 25 times over the years and have stayed in villas on many different estates. Although some of them have been very luxurious, they dont tick as many of our boxes as this one. It is within walking distance of the entry of Southern Dunes, allowing you to walk to Wal Mart and the many fast food outlets that are right on your doorstep. The villa itself is fantastic. There are 4 bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and there is an additional bathroom next to the two twin bedrooms. There is a large well equipped kitchen with every gadget and utensil you are ever likely to need at home let alone on holiday. There is a dining/sitting room and a further sitting room with tv and dvd. The pool overlooks the lake and has the sun from morning to night. There is a large garage with washer drier iron and ironing board. The owner and the management company are very friendly and helpful.......we would not even consider using anyone else now.

“Great Villa - Great Location” The villa is in a perfect location - not too far from any of the parks, or shopping malls, and within walking distance of a large Walmart (for the essentials). The pool, and pool area was great for a relaxing day away from the parks, and the villa itself had all that anyone could need to make it feel like a home from home. There is also the clubhouse that could be reached on foot where meals could be had at various times of the day. We had such a good time there that we have booked to go back again in 2012. The booking for both occassions was handled promptly and with minimum fuss - even when we had to change our date there was no hassle in getting the change processed. I have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone visiting the area, and have already given the details to friends and relations.

“A perfect holiday villa!” We stayed here on our honeymoon last year and had the most amazing time. The complex on which the villa is situated is very quiet and the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. We enjoyed it so much we spent a few days just chilling out by the pool. The villa itself is superb, large rooms with everything you could need. It is great for families/large groups. It is also very close to Wal-Mart for all the food you need. We loved our time at the villa and would recommend it to anyone!

Well the villa was fantastic - very spacious and clean, with all necessary facilities catered for. Easy to find on Southern Dunes with great peace of mind with it being a gated community. And so close to the shops.(on reflection I don't know if that was a good thing, being married to a shopoholic!)
My only problem, that took a couple of days to come to terms with, was the sloping drive - not being used to automatic vehicles the park and foot brakes always took up a lot of slack when I turned the car off - the garaged doors loomed nearer than I would have liked! Would have been great to have been able to put the car in the garage at night. Minor problem.
We would love to use the villa again and would certainly receommend it as it made a welcome retreat after driving to theme parks and shopping malls all day.

We had a fantastic honeymoon over in America, beginning with a fantastic 10 days at your villa! It really was a great place - so big! The pool was fantastic too. Such a lovely peaceful location after a busy day at the theme parks. Thank you all again for letting us stay there at such a good rate. We do have some pictures.

Florida was fantastic just as we expected. The villa was brilliant.....we just cant see past it.... the estate, the location of your villa, having the sun at the pool all day, it certainly ticks all our boxes.
Thinking now about next year...will be back to you in the coming weeks to check availability.
