About the home

Our fully air conditioned villa with private pool/spa and extended deck enjoying all day sunshine is located in the gated Community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. The Community has wonderful views over the lake. A boat ramp and pier to go fishing.

Located only 15 minutes from Disney our fabulous villa is located in the stunning Gated Lakeside Community of Tower Lake about 5 minutes from the I4 next door to Southern Dunes Golf Course

One Master Bedroom has Queen size bed with en suite.

Second Master Bedroom has Queen size bed with en suite.

Two twin rooms share bathroom.

Games room has Pool Table , Football table , Electronic Darts.

The bay window of the kitchen diner catches the morning sun making this a great place to start your day over breakfast. The large dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Large family room has TV & DVD player, and also leads out through large patio doors opening onto the pool area with lanai

The private pool to the rear of the villa is heated, when necessary, and has a spa pool to relax in after a busy day. An extended deck area catches the best of the day's sun and the lanai offers a shady retreat for relaxing lunches and evening cocktails.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated community for holiday visitors offering a secure base for your vacation. Fishing is available on Tower Lake itself where there is a small pier. Coming soon will be the Club House offering shared facilities for the community including barbecue areas by the lake.

Full amount will be due 60 days before departure with a security deposit.

Security deposit will be returned within 21 days after departure.The management company will do an inspection check to see if there is no major loss or damage to our property.

If staying for less than 4 days a charge of £50 for cleaning will be added.

All year round sunny climate. Beaches to the east and west coasts. Central Florida has the attractions of many theme parks and is suitable for people of all ages. The area is also a renowned haven for golfers having numerous golf courses situated very close to this development. It is also near to the beautiful Lakeland area of Central Florida.

The Haines City / Calabay Parc at Tower Lake area

Within 30 minutes drive from Orlando’s International airport, it is an ideal base from which to visit all of the major attractions including Disney World (approx 15-20 mins), Sea World (25 mins) and Universal Studios (25-30 mins) as well as over 30 nearby quality golf courses, including the fantastic Southern Dunes course right next door.

About an hour’s drive east of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is the Kennedy Space Centre where you could be watching a space launch or an hour away to the west coast are the seaside resorts of St. Petersberg or Clearwater on the Gulf Coast.

There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, including a very big Wal Mart about half a mile away, for your convenience and the new leisure development of Posner Park, which is currently under construction, is only a matter of 4-5 minutes drive away
