Our beautiful, air conditioned, luxury Villa is the perfect location for a Family Holiday in the Sunshine State of Florida. Whether you want to visit the many Theme Parks around Orlando, or simply want to relax around the private, heated pool & spa, our Villa is the ideal holiday home for all the family.

We are on a private, gated community that has it's own lake!

If you want to eat in there are 24 hour supermarkets just a few minutes away, or if you like eating out there are a number of restaurants on the doorstep from McDonalds to Steak Houses and Pubs.

Screen netting prevents insects from entering the pool area.

Our Villa is perfect for able-bodied visitors, but is also suitable for less able-bodied guests or those using a wheelchair. There is ramped access - no front door step. Open Plan layout.
Fully opening French Doors to pool - no steps. Wide door access to second En-Suite with Roll-In Shower.
Toilet and Shower Grab Bars and low level sink.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida is the "Sunshine State" and Orlando is famed for it's theme parks such as Universal Studio, Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens and all Water Parks.
Kennedy Space Centre and the new Legoland are a short drive away.
It has great shopping malls and numerous restaurants for all tastes.
There are many golf courses within easy reach.
There are superb beaches on both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts which are in very easy reach by car.

The Haines City / Calabay Parc at Tower Lake area

Haines City is a small town situated about 3 miles from the Villa, just off Highway 27 with all its supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
Tower Lake is a private, gated community with it's own lake, set in a peaceful location just off the main highway.
The prestigious Southern Dunes Golf Course is a 5 minute drive away.

Our Villa is only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford International Airport.
You can also fly to Tampa International Airport which is just over an hour away. All the main car rental companies have offices at all three airports.
