About the home

The Villa, in Southern Dunes Golf Club, has a private screened heated pool, is fully air conditioned, can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, (2 en-suite), a lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and furnished decking area. It is tastefully decorated and combines maximum comfort, security and privacy in a beautiful landscaped setting. Situated by Lake Joe. The living area includes 2 sofas and an ottoman. The entertainment unit has a large stereo flat screen 42" cable TV (over 60 channels), DVD, VCR, CD player and stereo radio. There is free internet access, please bring your own laptop, with free telephone calls within the US and Canada. The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, coffee percolator, etc . There is a separate laundry room with large washing machine and tumble drier---no need to pack your suitcases full of clothes. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All pillows, linen duvetsand towels provided. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with King size bed, ceiling fan and light, Cable TV and en-suite bathroom with separate large screened shower, large bath, twin vanity suite & large walk in closet/wardrobe. Bedroom 2 – Bedroom with Queen size bed, with walk in closet/wardrobe and flat screen TV. Bathroom adjoining. Bedroom 3 - Twin Bedroom, TV with closet/wardrobe, bathroom adjoining. Bedroom 4 - Twin Bedroom,closet/wardrobe and bathroom adjoining. All towels & laundry are provided. We provide the services of a management company that will look after any needs you may have during your stay at our luxury villa---they are on call 24hrs 7 days a week.

The Golf and Country Club also offers an abundance of free leisure facilities including recreation area, large community swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness centre with exercise room as well as a club house bar and restaurant, giving a true 'resort' feel. The exclusive Southern Dunes development has a championship golf course which is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.

Ideally located for visiting Disney World, Hollywood Studios, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Busch gardens, Legoland and many others. With easy access to the Space Coast to the East, and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico to the West.

The villa is located conveniently for US Highway 27, with Orlando airport 35 minutes, Disney 15-20 minutes, and Space Coast 60 minutes away. Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and a bank. The famous Manny'schop house is a few minutes drive. A major shopping mall is also only a short drive away. All you could require is within easy access, but away from the hustle & bustle of the Tourist areas.

The area in Haines City is central for all areas yet away from the Hustle and Bustle of the Tourist areas. As you enter Southern Dunes you feel the tranquilty, yet close by you have all you need with Superstores, restuarants and Malls all within a short distance..

Within the villa there is the Local Tourist brochure detailing all the local events available for the area. Disney, Universal, Sea World etc and the new Legoland are all a short car journey away.

Directions from Orlando International airport to Southern Dunes:

1: On exiting the airport, start out going SOUTH on AIRPORT BLVD W / AIRPORT BLVD toward S ACCESS RD. Continue to follow AIRPORT BLVD W.

2: Stay STRAIGHT to go onto S ACCESS RD. 3.5 miles

3: Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto BOGGY CREEK RD. 0.6 miles

4: Merge onto CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENEWAY / FL-417 S (Portions toll). 17.6 miles

5: Merge onto I-4 W via the exit on the LEFT. 7.4 miles

6: Merge onto US-27 S via EXIT 55 toward HAINES CITY / CYPRESS GARDENS. 7.9 miles
