PARC LAKE VILLA nestles peacefully in the surpurb Calabay Parc community at Tower Lake, undoubtebly one of the finest communitys in Orlando, sporting a grand gated entrance and beautifully kept landscaped surroundings. Disney’s attractions are just 15 minutes away; with amenities, shops, restaurants and a variety of golf courses also close to hand. A short stroll from the villa will take you down to the jetty at Tower Lake, providing the ideal opportunity for fishing.
After a days entertainment, return home to relax in the spa, enjoy a game of pool in the games room, or simply soak up the mild evenings with a glass of wine by the pool.
With a full range of luxury facilities at your disposal; together with our helpful management team, we will ensure your stay is as effortless and relaxing as possible.

This villa has plenty to offer with its very own private heated pool and spa (lanai).
Given its south facing aspect the lanai gives you the opportunity to enjoy the
sunshine at any time of day without being overlooked. As Florida is renowned for its sunshine and can get extremely hot, a covered area with ceiling fan allows you to relax whilst keeping cool. Pool side furniture
including sunlounger are provided for use at your conveniance.

The living area is adjasent to the kitchen/dining area creating a large open plan layout. This stylish room is spacious, comfortably furnished and leads out through the sliding patio doors on to the pool and lanai area. This room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, offering features such as a 3 piece suite, Ceiling fan and large remote cable t.v with DVD player. (movies can be rented at Blockbuster a 2 minute drive)
A separate sitting room (snug) provides the space for extra peace and quiet with sleeper sofa, bean-bags, remote cable t.v and playstation 2 with games.( US games only)
A CD stereo systems is also available-so bring your music with you.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Driving From Orlando International Airport to the villa takes aprox 45 minutes, depending on the traffic! It's a fairly straight forward journey once you come accustomed to the Florida highways!

Disney world is only a 15 minute drive away!

Just a 2 minute drive will take you to the nearest supermarkets, shops and restaurants including all the fast food chains- Mc Donalds, KFC Pizza Hut, etc!

If you fancey traveling beyond Orlando, Florida's East and West coast's are a 1:30 minute trip!

The Haines City / Calabay Parc at Tower Lake area

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a private Gated community in a great location. The community is sat on top of a hill just off a quiet road overlooking the Lake to the west with far reaching views and beautiful sunsets looking across classic Florida landscape.

We have a really nice south facing plot; one of the best in the community. The pool area is not overlooked and there are no villas directly behind us, benefiting from maximum sunshine. When relaxing by the pool there are pleasant views across a grassy area to villas in the distance. The neighbouring pool areas are unimposing with a planting of shrubs and palm trees either side of the lanai, adding to the ambiance.



At the bottom of the road is highway 27 from where a 1 minute drive South will take you to the Haines city area where there is a Wallmart, petrol station, restaurants, shops(pharmacy etc) and Southern Dunes golf club. A 10 minute drive north will take you to the Interstate 4 and the "Champions Gate" complex which consists of a supermarket (Publix), shops, restaurants, hotels and golf courses. A further 5 minute drive north on the I4 and you will reach the likes of the 192 and the first of many Disney parks. A further 5 more minutes and you will approach the Buena Vista area and more parks etc.

Orlando international and sanford Airports are close by, a short drive will take you to our villa by hire car which are easy and efficient to obtain from both airports.

Thank you for the use of your villa and the good price. There were just the 4 of us, and we all enjoyed that pool and spa...ahhhhhhhhh! The villa is lovely, and I especially liked the 2 master bedrooms opening to the pool area. Those lanais (I think) are a great idea; we sat outside even as it rained. The weather could have been a bit better, but it was nice to get away from this cold and the routine of life. Lovely place.
