Master Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) American pillowtop King Sized bed is the centre of this luxurious room with matching furniture which overlooks and leads directly to the pool and spa area. Cable TV, Hair Dryer, En suite with his and hers vanity units, spacious tub, WC and separate walk in shower. Master Bedroom 2 (Downstairs) Queen sized pillowtop bed with matching furnishings, en suite bathroom with bath/shower, WC and vanity unit. Cable TV. A non refundable deposit is required equal to 25% of the total booking cost payable at the time of booking.
The balance is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We will confirm the dates by return and send a booking form and hold the dates for 7 days to allow you to arrange your flights and get the booking deposit to us.
•Confirmation of your holiday and receipt of your payment will be sent either by post or email. We will send an invoice detailing the balance due for the villa together with any other services you have requested.
Directions to Our Calabay Villa and key collection/gate code details will be sent around 2 weeks prior to your holiday.
Irrespective of the payment method all customers will be required to complete a Guest Registration form on arrival at the villa including credit card and full guest party details.
A Security deposit ($250) will be taken on arrival at the villa by our management company and returned following the stay subject to no breakages.

What i can say booked the villa with Jacqui and she was brilliant with her booking process, keeping you up to date at all times. The villa was lovely and perfectly described on the website. my wife and i found that the villa was perfect from the first opening off the the front door, clean tidy, and up to date. We did not need to bother the management company at all ,but they were only a phone call away ! Hope to go back one day with the kids next time ! |

Well what can I say, from booking to end the service has been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Jacqui, e mails felt like talking to a friend, lovely lady and very helpful giving us tips on where to purchase park tickets and car hire etc. Villa was beyond our expectations, very spacious, clean and equiped with all the home comforts you can imagine. 7 of us went (6 adults, and 1 Teenager) not once did we feel cramped or under each others feet. Pool and pool area lovely infact spent most of our time there, plenty of room for everyone. We had two problems when we were there: 1. one of the bed bases was broken, I contacted the owner and a new bed base was delivered and set up within 36 hours, wow hows that for service. 2. The flush on one of the toilets broke, I phoned the management company and some one was there within the hour. I can not fault the service we recieved, the clear instructions, location or accomodation and would definately recommend not only the villa but the owner and management team to any of my friends and family. Thank you once again Jacqui for making our holiday so special. x |
