Our villa has been tastefully furnished throughout and includes two luxurious master en suite bedrooms with walk in wardrobes and direct access to the pool and spa complex. The first master en suite bathroom has his n hers vanity units, separate shower cubicle and large spa bath. The second master has a low level shower unit to complete the suite. We have two twin bedded rooms (one of which is has a Disney theme) and a den with sofa bed with cable TV. The main lounge is luxuriously furnished with cable TV/DVD which looks out onto the lanai and pool complex. A superbly fitted kitchen with every appliance you can think of is adjacent to the dining area. BRAND NEW FOR 2007. We have recently installed a games room together with PC in the den with free highspeed broadband internet access.

There is a separate laundry room with washer for the use of our guests.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Orlando is a dream destination to visit in the US with Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Seaworld, International Drive superb shopping malls right on your doorstep. The Sunshine State has wonderful warm sunny weather all year round and boasts some of the best beaches in the US including Clearwater, Sarasota, Daytona and Cocoa Beach amongst many others. Orlando has some the world's best golf resorts including Champions Gate which is just minutes from our villa. Orlando is famous for it eateries and has some wonderful family restaurants to dive into on your way home from the theme parks.

Haines City / Calabay Parc Resort area

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated community set in a quiet relaxed country setting, yet just 15 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal Studios and within a hour's drive of Florida famous Gulf Coast and Atlantic beaches. When we purchased our holiday home we wanted a quiet and peaceful country setting, yet close by to the all the wonderful attractions Orlando has to offer and we think we have achieved just that.

A short walk from our vila will take you down to the jetty at Tower Lake where a clubhouse, gym and children's play area are planned in the very near future. The views over the lake are awsome and to see the sun set over Tower Lake is a must on those quiet balmy evenings in Florida.

Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is immediately adjacent to the Tower Lake resort and there a Walmart within 2 minutes of the resort and a shopping plaza with good family restaurants just across from Tower Lake on Highway 27.

We also enjoy walking in Florida (in the cooler months) and Lake Louisa National Park is situated approximately 15 miles north up Highway 27 providing Florida style hiking and a stunning lakeside picnic area.

How to get there

By air to Orlando International Airport which is approximately 30 mins drive to our vill and also to Sanford International Airport which is approximately 1 hours drive to our villa
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is situated off H27, a short distance from the I4 corridor which has access to Disney, Universal Studios and all other major attractions in Orlando

The rear of our villa is south west facing and not overlooked. We have a covered lanai with ceiling fan for dining al fresco, luxurious pool furniture and a large L shaped pool and spa/jacuzzi. Our villa was specially upgraded to include a larger decking area for sunbathing and we have comfortable sunbeds for the use of our guests. The pool can be heated during the winter months as an optional extra.
