About the home

The villa has over 2000sq.feet of living space. It has 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms.
1 large master bedroom with kingsize bed, cable TV, walk in closet and fitted double wardrobe, with large en suite, shower, bath, toilet and 2 basins.
1 queen bedroom with double wardrobe an adjacent bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
2 twin bedroom with shared bathroom shower over bath, toilet and basin. One with PS2.
We have a large family room with comfortable sofas, and patio doors looking out onto the pool and deck area. All doors leading out to the pool are alarmed. It has FREE wi fi internet access, a DVD player, cable flat screen HDTV/DVD/VCR with assorted books, films and games. Also an additional living room , providing ample space for 2 families sharing without feeling over crowded.

There are 2 dining areas, one in the nook next to the kitchen and the other suitable for more formal dining. The fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher is an open plan design, allowing everyone to feel part of the family - even the cook. The laundry room contains a tumble drier and washing machine.
The south facing not over looked swimming pool is fully screened , with optional heating (recommended in the winter months). The covered large lanai has shade for outdoor dining and loungers on which to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
Recently added is a games room consisting of pool/air hockey/ and foosball tables, fun for all the family to enjoy.

Southern dunes is set in a very attractive landscaped grounds, of lawns, pines and eucalyptus trees. With 24 hour secure gated golfing community, a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant open daily for meals. Excellent golfing facilities.

Open green grassed area around the property, with patio table, chairs and sun loungers to sit and relax in comfort taking in the Florida sunshire. South facing pool which is not overlooked.

Southern dunes is situated in Central Florida on Highway 27, close to all the main attractions.
Disneyworld is 15 minutes by car, 10 minutes from Highway 192 where there is an impressive array of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The Haines City / Southern Dunes area

On site amenities include tennis courts, basket ball court, children's play area, communal swimming pool, recreation centre with gym, small boating lake, an 18 hole championship golf course, driving range, clubhouse with bar and restaurant, pro golf shop, and 24 hour security gate.

Off site there is a 24 hour Walmart, petrol(gas) station, restaurants, bank and smaller supermarkets, all within walking distance.

“Home away from home!” We really enjoyed our three month stay. Southern Dunes is a very peaceful neighborhood for morning walks. We loved relaxing around the south facing pool area. Property managment was just a phone call away. We would love to return next year!

“Will be returning to Cove retreat” Excellent location, close to Orlando attractions. Gated community, very safe. Walking distance to Walmart and McDonalds which was super for us. Pool nice but small. House was great but is in need of some minor repairs ie painting etc. Well equipped with everything you could need. Rented for a month, and had a fabulous trip. will be going back next year.

“Great Holiday” Brilliant accommodation, very clean and welcoming. Added bonus was the pool which was well heated. Villa was spacious and well layed out.
