Home description

The Villa sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 8 if required. It is elegantly furnished throughout with many extra amenities. At the entrance to Southern Dunes is a large Wall-mart store for all your daily needs and many eateries and other stores are nearby. Disney and International Drive are only 20 minutes away and the Gulf coast is a mere 75 minutes drive away.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Enjoy Florida's all year round sunshine and excellent climate. The main focus for the Orlando area is no doubt the many theme parks , ranging from the world renowned Disney World to Universal Studios, Sea World and the various Water themed parks. To the west you can drive to the Gulf coast towns like St Petersburg and Clearwater with their loveley beaches and not forgetting Tampa itself with both a city feel and its share of fun with Busch Gardens. To the east the Atlatic coast and probable the most famous visitor attraction here is the Kennedy space Centre where tours of the massive facility are conducted on a daily basis . There is something for everyone in Orlando.


Haines City / Southern Dunes area

Straight outside Southern Dunes is a large Wal- Mart store and within walking distance are numerous other stores , restaurants and shops The nearest town is Haines City which is approximately 10 minutes drive. Haines City is conveniently loacted in Central Florida and is referred to as the "Heart of Florida" due to its location. Haines City has a unique character that can be found throughout the city . It still maintains its small town character while experiencing tremendous growth. You can shop and dine in the historic downtown , participate in the many recreational opportunities , enjoy the variety of special events that bring the community together and walk through the pleasant neighbourhoods.


How to get there

45 minutes from Orlando International Airport . Head for Interstate 4 , come off at Highway 27 and Southern Dunes is approximately 7 miles on the left hand side.
