Extremely well maintained, executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with stunning views overlooking the third fairway on the secure gated community of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. This beautiful holiday home has recently been upgraded with quality furnishings to the highest standards, including new leather suite in the lounge and flat screen tv/dvd player in the master bedroom.

Fully air conditioned, your home from home includes:- Large flat screen tv with a huge range of cable channels; Dvd player; FREE Wifi; Ipod Docking station; Wii Console with a variety of games; pool table and dart board. Fully equipped kitchen with many new appliances. The west facing swimming pool and deck area has unbeatable views overlooking the award winning golf course and stays in the sun from late morning until the sun sets and is the perfect spot for unwinding after a busy day golfing or visiting the nearby theme parks.

Located just 20 minute drive from Disney, Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is a quiet, upmarket golf resort with 24 hr manned security at the entrance, it has excellent amenities including 3 communal swimming pools, a gym, children's play area, 2 tennis courts, bike paths, an attractive Clubhouse with a bar and restaurant open 7 days a week to visitors for breakfast and lunch. There is also a golf pro shop.

For added convenience, there is also a 24/7 Wal-Mart Superstore just outside the main gatehouse, with a gas station, bank, restaurants ( famous Manny's Chophouse is only a 5 minute drive), & many other shops.

You are also nearer to both the Gulf & Atlantic coasts - the nearest beach is about an hour's drive. You can shop at the many discount malls, selling designer and other goods at a fraction of UK prices! Eating out is very reasonable too with a huge choice of restaurants - all within an easy drive.

All the homes have been carefully designed around the fairways of the course which is carefully maintained throughout the year. Onsite, you will find a clubhouse serving a great breakfast & lunch and dinner (3 times a week). There is also communal pools; tennis courts; and children's play area aswell as a gym for the more energetic.

If you prefer to leave the car at home, there is a 24hr Walmart just outside the gates, ideal to stock up on all those essentials, without driving too far, along with several restaurants; food outlets and a bank.

“Ideal vacational home in Florida” Found the Hemingway villa very comfortable, very clean and had excellent facilities. We have been to Southern Dunes several times before and this villa was one of the best we have stayed in on vacation. Ideal for a family with young children due to the alarm system on all the doors (particularly the door to the pool). Good games room too.
