About the home

Our villa offers an ideal destination for that well deserved vacation. The villa has been made disabled friendly with grab bars into the pool area and in the Master bedroom 2 we have fitted bars in the shower and toilet. Ramps have also been fitted in the front and rear of the house for wheelchair access.

The villa is set in a lovely relaxing setting at Tower Lake where you can peacefully dream away the hours around the private pool or spa, play a couple of games with the children in the games room or relax down on the jetty and watch your loved ones fish. Or alternatively you can be amongst all the hustle and bustle of the Disney themed parks within a 15 - 20 mins drive. The villa's location is also ideal to access the various famous golf courses that surround the area for example a 4 minutes drive will have you at the gates of the famous Southern Dunnes and approx 15 mins drive to Reunion or Champions Gate golf courses to mention just a few. We have made the villa as comfortable as possible for our guests with many added features and comforts to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

We welcome smokers providing they smoke outside on the patio area.
Our booking form can be found on our website under 'Bookings' with all instructions about deposits to secure your dates, refundable breakages deposit required depending on your length of stay which will be returned two weeks after your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida as you know is the sunshine state of America. And Orlando is the perfect destination for any age with lots to see and do. There are so many theme parks and attractions to visit within the area see our website for more information on ticket prices, opening times etc. Our villa is situated about 15 - 20 minute drive to the Disney themed parks, we are in an ideal location for a variety of golf courses, cinemas, restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacists, local Hospital and Walk-In-Centre all with a distance of 4 - 10mins drive. Celebration is a unique place to visit with its quirky little shops and themed decorations depending what time of year it is from the 1st December through to Christmas is definitely not to be missed with hourly bursts of Christmas Carols and fake snow - a joy to witness and be part of.

The Haines City / Calabay Parc at Tower Lake area

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake offers you the opportunity to fish peacefully for a variety of different fish that can be caught in the private lake on the wooden jetty. There is also a club house that will be available for guests use staying at Calabay Parc from 2010.

Haines City is a local area where you can sample the delights of Manny's famous restaurant. Here you are met with a friendly local atmosphere with a selection of special offers on meals and drinks.

Southern Dunnes Golf Course is approx 4 min drive from the villa were you can also sample some great foods as well as having a great game of golf.

Champions Gate & Reunion also offer some fantastic golf courses and restaurants to eat.

We had a wonderful two months stay in the O’Donoghue’s villa. Their home is beautiful and we appreciate that they are willing to share it. Even though they were an ocean away, we are pleased at the way they worked with us from the beginning of our inquiry to the end of our stay. Everything was just as they said…theme parks, entertainment, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and medical facilities were all near. They gave us excellent directions and the villa was easy to find. A representative from the local management company was always available to answer questions or meet our needs. We will certainly recommend this villa to others.
