About the home

Beautifully appointed ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. South facing terrace with outdoor furniture. Situated on the most stunning golf course in the Polaris World chain, you really can have it all as there is a free shuttle bus that runs between each resort. You can play each course in turn, or take advantage of the entertainment facilities at one of the other stunning locations, or just play at Hacienda Riquelme breaking off to swim, sunbathe and relax.

Both the bedrooms are equipped with 2 large single beds which can be zipped together for use as double beds. Linen and towels (bathing and swimming) included. The contemporary living area has solid oak furniture, a high quality leather sofa and chairs. There is a large LCD TV with Sky, a DVD player and Hi-Fi. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, this apartment is perfect for families, couples or friends. The kitchen has everything you need from a holiday home and the bathroom is well equipped with a shower over the full-size bath, large sink with mirror over, toilet and bidet. There is aircon in the living area and heating throughout making it suitable for year round living.

The Murcia region

The Costa Cálida (English: Warm Coast) is the stretch of Mediterranean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia. This region has a micro-climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures (and hence its name, "Warm Coast").
The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Menor ("Little Sea"), Europe's largest coastal saltwater lagoon. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22 km spit of land called La Manga, on which most of the tourism development for the region has been constructed.

Close to everywhere, Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is located near Sucina, 20 minutes from San Javier airport and the coast and 20 minutes from the City of Murcia.

Riquelme is the most visually perfect, lowest density Polaris World resort, designed around a stunning 19th Century Hacienda which is being restored as a beautiful town centre. While the town centre of Riquelme is being fully developed you can access and enjoy a wide range of facilities and restaurants/bars at the different Polaris World luxury resorts, all within a very short distance (10-15mins by car) or by using the FREE Polaris Shuttle Bus Service.
