Unlike most other apartments on the resort, this apartment has 2 bathrooms, both with powerful showers.

The apartment has air-conditioning throughout the living room and bedrooms.

The bedrooms, both with bathrooms including showers, consist of two beds which can be joined as doubles or separated as singles. Both bedrooms have window shutters to keep bedrooms cool and double doors opening onto separate Juliet balconies. Hairdryers are provided in each bedroom and the master bedroom has a safe which can be individually coded.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and a large range of pots, pans, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils

The Dining area has a table and chairs to seat 4, extendable to seat 6, with placemats and coasters to lay an inviting and attractive table.


The Lounge lit by modern contempory table lamps / uplighters has a large flat screen TV with Satellite decoder receiving UK and International channels, a DVD and a Nintendo Wii. Relax on either the large 3 seater sofa or in the leather recliners with footstool. Free Wifi, and Telephone available in apartment. Patio doors lead onto a large terrace balcony.

Spain is all about outside living which can be enjoyed from our large terrace balcony overlooking the 4th, 5th and 6th fairways. Enjoy alfresco dining on our patio table and chairs. Barbcue meat and fish on the bbq grill plate, unwind in the Hot Tub with mood lighting and power jets or just lie back on the sunlounger and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The apartment is a five minute stroll from the Practice Area, Pro Shop, Bar/cafe, Restaurant and Supermarket.

The apartment also has an underground parking space to keep your car cool. The parking space is situated right next to the lift ideal for unloading your bags when you arrive.

There are many communal swimming pools, two within a 2 minute walk. We have provided beach towels, pool noodles and reclining beach chairs for your convenience, whether it be in the pools or on the beach.

There is a well stocked supermarket on the resort, but should you be arriving late, then we can also arrange a chargeable grocery service to provide grocery's and drink to see you through the evening.

We also provide a “Meet and Greet” service where you will be met at the resort by our representative who will show you to the apartment, explain the use of the facilities and hand over the keys and garage controller.

Further details outdoors:
The large terraced balcony is South-East facing and enjoys sun shine from early morning through noon. In the afternoon as the heat increases and through the evening, the covered balcony provides a warm yet comfortable area to relax and watch the passing golfers.

Enjoy a few drinks, and maybe some Tapas whilst unwinding in the HotTub which has controllable water jets and adjustable mood lighting.

Conditions

A 20% Non refundable deposit is required on booking to secure your holiday with the balance payable 6 Weeks before arrival. We also request a £150 security deposit in case of damages. This will be refunded following a satisfactory property check, within one week of your departure.

All linen and towels, including beach towles are provided.

Your apartment will be cleaned and beds made up before your arrival and following your department. The apartment is available for full weeks or part weeks. Arrival and departure days can be to arranged to suit your needs as the cheaper airline rates are often for mid week travel.

A Meet and Greet, and Cleaning charge of 85 Euros is payable locally on arrival.

The Murcia region

Costa Calida means the “warm coast” and with 320 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 18c it certain lives up to its name. This little known corner of Spain has as its feature the beautiful Mar Menor (little sea) which is the largest sea-water lagoon in Europe. With its warm clear shallow waters (average 23c) it has become known as the world’s largest swimming pool. Water sports are very popular with kite surfing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, water-skiing, canoeing and of course sailing on offer.

On the shoreline there are a number of small bustling, traditional, friendly towns. There is a promenade linking many of these towns which is ideal for walking and there are plenty of cafes, tapas bars and restaurants to be found along the beach.

A visit to the capital of Murcia is a must. Either by car (about 20 minutes) or by train from the nearby Balsicas station. This beautiful city boasts many historical landmarks and a stunning cathedral. Likewise Cartagena (about 30 minutes by car) or by train with its ancient seaport, historical naval base and great shopping

The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort / Polaris World, Hacienda Riquelme area

The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is designed around a 19th century Hacienda which was the former residence of the Riquelme family. The fairways of this 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed par 72 golf course (6,416 metres) course run between Olive trees, wild flowers and 5 lakes.

The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course is one of nine Jack Nicklaus courses, known as the “Nicklaus Golf Trail”, all within a radius of 25km. Each course has its own unique character and challenges. Some courses are still to be opened but all are linked by a courtesy shuttle bus

The resort facilities include a Pro Shop, practice area, “The Dovecote” bar , bar and cafe, Restaurant and a well stocked supermarket including Spanish and English food selections. Guests are also able to use the facilities of other Polaris World Resorts.

“Perfect for a lazy weekend / golf break!” Stayed here for a second time in 6 months, having a great time both times. Perfect location for a short stroll to the bar / supermarket / restaurant / golf facilities (3 minute walk tops), allowing me to spend many an hour using the excellent practice facilities, or play a round before the wife got out of bed! Lovely balcony and hot tub (make the most of the sun in the morning, as its shaded in the afternoon), with all the mod cons you need - including wifi. Underground car park with a lift door to door. Friendly, helpful owner and on-site facilities manager. Can't recommend highly enough!

“Excellent apartment in very quiet location” Great apartment, nice & clean with all expected facilities. The owner was very helpful throughout & accommodating to a late departure. Local key holder also very informative & helpful. The internet access was highly reliable & the ipod/iphone docking speaker system allowed me to listen to radio 1 while writing my thesis sitting in the hot tub all day long :-) Highly recommended!

“Very relaxing and well equiped apartment” Easy booking process - very quick to respond to any query. The apartment has everything you need, highlights for us included: - spotless apartment - huge hot tub - loads of parking - easy road access (main roads much better than UK and very quiet!) - relaxing and very secure complex - supermarket a couple of mins from the apartment - loads of beaches to choose form within 15 mins - free wifi at the apartment - well equiped kitchen We're not golfers but there was lots to do nearby. You need a car really but our hire car was very good value (and brand new!) from Alicante airport and driving in the area with sun, mountains, orange trees and the nearby sea was great! “Fantastic, well equipped apartment.” This is a superb apartment. It is extremely well appointed with a lovely jacuzzi on the terrace. The owners were a joy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample storage space to hang clothes. It was spotless and very well maintained. We would love to return. “Great escape not just for golfers” Let me start by saying I am not a golfer and despite this being a golf resort it's not really a problem if you aren't interested in the pursuit of the little white ball. All we wanted from our holiday was a quiet break with some sun and peace and quiet. This choice of self catetring option offers some great facilities with a clean, safe, well equiped apartment that allows you to suit yourself. In the morning you get the chance to sunbathe on your secluded terrace (only viewable by those walking the fairway of the 16th? hole and they are few and far between) and later if you still want some sun you can use one of the two pools on each side of the apartment building. My opinion about this kind of holiday is that if you wanted this level of facilities in a hotel you'd be paying four figures for it (large terrace, hot tub, suite like lounge), so i prefer to have some space rather than a pokey little room in a hotel. If you want to eat out you can either eat at the restaurant on site (we didnt only due to time) or in Sucina which is the nearby town, we ate at a couple of the local bar/restaurants, which we enjoyed. If you want to cook youeself, and we did quite a bit, there is a supermarket on site which is only slightly more expensive than the other supermarkets in Sucina. By the way the location of this aprtment is a short walk to the supermarket and bar on site ther are lots of apartments on this complex and some are miles away, this is another big plus. What's the catch I hear you ask? well depends really on what you want, if you like heaving nightclubs and the hustle and bustle of the beach resorts, this probably isnt for you, however if you dont mind some peace and quiet with the option of a drink in the local bar, or jumping in a taxi for more choice or a glass of wine in the hot tub at the end of a busy day (we did quite a few day trips in the car) then this should be right up your street. The owners were great to deal with when booking (english) and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. Response: Many Thanks.
