Luxury 2 bedroomed, 1 bathroom apartment overlooking a large communal pool and only a short walk from the bars, restaurants and golf of Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. It is equipped to the highest standard and comes with air-conditioning and gas central heating throughout. It is possible to have a double room and a twin room or 2 twin rooms.
The property is ideal for families with children or the elderly having a first floor location with lift from the private underground parking facility. The double patio doors from the lounge open onto a large covered and private terrace with views to the communal gardens, pool, golf course and surrounding mountains.

THE RESORT
This Resort is designed for the ultimate experience of freedom and nature, one that provides an incomparable feeling of well-being generated by the rational layout of its flanked avenues, its perfectly incorporated plant life, and its low construction density. It all comes together around a late 19th Century, colonial-style country house.
It was the home of the Riquelme Family, descendants of Guillen Riquelme, a noble knight who accompanied King Alfonso X the Learned on his conquest of Murcia. It has been restored to preserve the country house tradition of the Murcia of yore, and to maintain the balance between the romanticism of the past and the modernism of the future.
The house has been recreated as it existed in those times, with gardens of the area's native plants, which intertwine with the rays of sunlight that shine over this wonderful land of Murcia. The development project was carried out by EDSA and F&M Arquitectos, firms that leave their hallmark in each of the Resort's details.
THE GOLF COURSE
This Resort is structured around a magnificent, 18 holes, par 72 golf course by Nicklaus Design. This course is different from the others in the Nicklaus Golf Trail, a group of six golf courses that make up Europe's best golf offering. Ample fairways are combined with hard to approach greens, and bunkers ready to complicate your game. And all of it surrounded by wild flowers, olive trees and large lakes. A fun course that will bring the best shots out of every player.
