Sleeping accommodation: 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom. Double bed can be be twin if required.
Both bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

Lovely well equipped kitchen c/w microwave, under oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar and stools, and electric sandwich maker

Living room furnished with 3 seater and 2 seater brown leather suite. Wall cabinets and coffee table, Satellite television, and DVD player. Dining suite to seat 4.

Apartment complete with ducted air conditioning, gas central heating, large covered terrace, and small private garden.

Furnished to a very high standard for a comfortable holiday in the sun.

Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Bedside cabinets. Put-you-up folding bed available to accommodate additional child.) The bathroom is equipped with a bath and overhead shower, bidet, and WC.

The lounge is equipped with TV (English channels), DVD and internet access.
Extending dining table, four chairs, coffee table, two chocolate leather settees, ( 2 seater and 3 seater) and wall units.

The large covered terrace is equipped with 4 loungers and 1 reclining chair. Exterior table, 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and linen provided (except Beach towels).

Children´s water toys (airbeds etc) are provided.

SMOKERS ARE WELCOME, THOUGH WE WOULD ASK YOU NOT TO SMOKE IN THE APARTMENT.

This first class resort is one of the 5 Sister Polaris Golf Resorts,(encompassing the Jack Nicklaus Trail), which can be accessed by the free shuttle service throughout the day.

The new Hacienda is now complete, and all facilities are up and running. Included are the new restaurant, the dove cote tapas bar, well stocked supermarket (at reasonable prices), pro shop, golfer´s changing rooms and showers.

Course facilities include driving range, golf professional, and free use of putting, pitching and bunker practice area. As a visitor to the apartment you will qualify for preferential golf rates on the Jack Nicklaus trail. Typically a reduction from 80-55 euros. There are also special offers at different times of year such as twilight golf, two for one in the afternoon, or free buggy use. (These are some examples of previous offers.) The Murcia region

The region of Murcia lies within the Costa Calida, and is blessed with a fantastic Mediterranean micro climate boasting around 320 days of sunshine per year, making this a prime location in every season.

The coastline is characterised by its sandy blue flag beaches, ideal for children, and a good selection of these are within easy reach. Nearby is the small town of Sucina, where banks, small cafés, restaurants and supermarkets can be found.

We are close to both Cartagena and the city of Murcia, where you will find places of historic interest, good shopping, bars and restaurants, and a short 15-20 minute drive to the warm shallow waters and beaches of Mar Menor, which are amongst the most beautiful in Spain.

“Great location on a lovely golf course with excellent facilities but a home from home feel.” This is a good base for travelling around the areas - we found the lovely beaches within a 15 - 20 min drive and hidden gems further afield. There are places to visit across the whole of the Murcia region for all the family.. The apartment has a nice pool around the corner and the garden and terrace makes it hard not to stay on site. The meet and greet service was appreciated especially as we had a very very late flight and arrived at 1 am in the morning. We will be returning next year with our sons.
